The room I was given was unsafe and had roaches. The hotel did however refund me and expressed interest in fixing the issues for the future.

Started out we went to our room and someone had been sleeping in our bed. There was a used towel on the bed and a wet washcloth on the dresser and roaches. Our second room was much better. The motel appear to be old and not very kept up. We slept well and the shower was nice.

The room was very clean. Was a little spacious. Enjoyed the pool. My stay was great.

No internet!! Sketchy people hanging out of rooms! Loud music! Mediocre breakfast! Didn't feel safe as 2 women traveling. Can't imagine traveling solo!!! Room keys didn't work had to reset every time. Limited towels.

This place was not as it appears online. I had to change from one room with dirty linens and bugs to another with stained linen and bugs. The pool was dirty but probably because there were so many people in it. Not the place to enjoy an out of town stay.

Showerhead was broke away from the wall. The tub was really slick. has no matting in the bottom of it I almost fell.

Staff was alright Walked into the room and it smelled like Marijuana so I had to ask for a different room. Also early in the morning they were cutting the grass and the maintenance worker threw a rock through a window on the first floor with the weekender that woke my entire family up.

I went to desk to request another room, as I left this room the same man that had watched me go in the room watched me go to the desk. The second room was much cleaner until I turned the lights on. The floor had not been swept in months and there were roaches. The toilet seat had what appeared cigarette burns all over it. I spent most of my time away from the room due to not feeling comfortable with staff or the cleanliness of the room. I went back to the room for my check out to make sure I had gathered everything the night before ( my boyfriend didn’t let me stay the night due to everything) When I went to the desk I spoke with Mayurkumar Patel ( GM). I showed him the pictures and explained the stay or lack there of and he was more upset over the fact I had Checked in and not been the $20 early check in fee. He proceeded to charge my card. I asked him about compensation and he told me it was after checkout time so I was no longer a guest.
