I could not check in early and I could not check in at 3 pm which was the check in time. I didn't check in until after 4 pm and then I took another type of room. I came to a Birthday Gala for my father's 90th birthday. which began at 5 pm. I did not have any bath towels! When I found an attendant, she replied they did not have towels... she said she would check, needless to say I didn't see her anymore. Just an awful experience.

We arrived right at check in time and they had to check a room was ready and available. Totally understandable. The lady left, came back 10 minutes later and said give them a few more minutes. 2 more reservations came. One had the same number of people in their party as us and they were checked in straight away. Lady finished helping them and said she’d go check again. 20 minutes later there was no sign of her return. So we decided to come back later. Check in then went fine. I can’t understand if they took so long to make sure the room was ready how they missed the stuff they hadn’t cleaned. Feel like I was being messed around.

While the front desk and staff are extremely helpful the manager needs some training or find another position that does not require contact with people. The main A/C was not working so guests had to rely on the older window/radiator units. My refrigerator did not work and by the time it was fixed my dairy had to be thrown out. The managers response was that I could check-out.
