It was a pleasant stay. It was a quiet environment.

Nice all around

Overall a very good stay

My only disappointment was no other options for breakfast. I.e. scrambled eggs. Just too many carbs offered. Other than that it was perfect for what I need in a good hotel.
-
The staff was friendly, courtesy and helpful during my stay. Room and eating area was orderly and kept clean.

The room was ok, the staff was nice need more opinions for breakfast and the air conditioning was working well.

Front desk lady was very nice. There was two dirty towels in our bathroom. Breakfast was ok not terrible but not great

Excellent! Tucked away in a beautiful part of town. Pet rooms are on the first floor with $25 per night fee which is very cheap! $25 incidental deposit as well. Nice hotel with great rates! Very safe and clean!

I liked the location, but I booked this because of the pool. It was ready for use but closed because they were supposedly waiting for inspection. I also thought it was the same hotel we stayed at in October 2025.

Was very clean and staff was very kind
-
The property was very neat and clean There were no plain nor chocolate milk. Should have a choice of chocolate or plain milk. Need bacon or sausage and pancakes

i never ate. the receptionist at the front desk. WORST customer service EVER. she ALWAYS made me feel like i was interrupting her. during my first attempt to check in, she was on her personal cell phone talking to her sister, and had the rudest greeting ever and ever negative aspect (regarding extra cost) she said “matter-of-fact” tone. as if she was meaning (stay or don’t stay, i don’t care.)

Have to be 21+ to get a room here. I didn’t eat breakfast or check out the amenities. Staff came in to clean while we were out.. did get bit by a spider or something. No bed bugs there’s a mattress topper and protector. Clean, sweet people.

It was quiet nice rooms staff had attitudes.

Typical cheap hotel room Noise! Walls were transparent to noise. My 2 neighbors had tvs so loud I could hear both of them clearly... Neighbor on one side had it on loud all night so I had to call desk at 3 am. Then at 6 am, neighbor has children screaming, and yap dogs barking....voices in hall, barking dogs in hall....horrible night's rest and I DO stay in hotels 20 or more nights a year....I can deal with some noise, but his was far in excess of what I encountered before....also, the dogs barking.....I am paying $150 to stay at a hotel, not a kennel full of barking dogs. Really poor experience, and I complained at desk.

For one night there was not enough time to judge likes or dislikes.

So let me start by saying the staff at this property is the only redeeming quality. We walked in and went to the hallway to the bathroom - dead roach in the hallway. The room is sooo small and the bathroom you can barely turn around in. Don't get me started on the water pressure. Would I stay here again? No- I'd spend $40 more dollars and go across the street to Holiday inn. Skipped breakfast so we could check out and just be done with the hotel.
