Our room wasn't ready when we arrived, and even after being told to return two hours later, we still had to wait another hour before we could check in. We had also reserved an accessible room with a handicap shower due to my husband's mobility issues, but were instead given a room with a standard bathtub, making it difficult and unsafe for him to use. The room lighting was also extremely dim, making it hard to navigate safely at night. Although we declined full housekeeping service, we requested fresh towels during our stay. Despite asking both the front desk and a housekeeper who promised to bring them right away, we never received them. The staff we encountered were courteous, but the lack of follow-through, failure to provide the requested accessible accommodations, and delayed check-in made for a frustrating stay. Unfortunately, I can only give this hotel 2 out of 5 stars.

The hotel was clean and spacious and the breakfast was great 👍

The front desk staff were very nice. Renovation was happening across from our room so they were a bit loud until about 7pm. Then came back Saturday morning at 9am. Better is we could have been down the hall away from the noise. Disappointing!

Breakfast was not anything special. EGGS WERE FULL OF WATER, LINK SAUSAGE WAS UNDERCOOKED. NEVER HAD A BAD BREAKFAST AT A HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS UNTIL NOW.
