Room was clean. Bed comfortable. Air worked great. They only have a staffed front desk until 7:00 pm. We arrived at 7:30 and had to call the emergency number to get our key. The gal who was there seemed put out to have to come down to check us in. We booked this hotel mostly because they are suites and have sofa beds. At 10:00 pm we went to make up the bed and no sheets, blankets or pillows ANayWHERE. Forced us to call the emergency number again to get someone. When I asked her she did a large sigh and said she guessed she could change out of her pj's and bring us some. Bad customer service.

The floor could use swiffered between guests, and I think there weren’t 4 sets of towels, but overall the place was super cute & I loved that 3 beds were available.

Really hard to cook here. No spoons at all. One small skillet. Literally never saw a employee over three days. But bed was fine. Shower was decent. Appliances worked.

This was the perfect accommodation for my short stay! It literally feels like an apartment with a great size kitchen with all appliances, dining/sofa bed area, full bathroom and 2 comfortable queen beds. Great space for families and even pet friendly! The property was well maintained. The only reason I took one star off for cleanliness was because I spotted one small cockroach at night on the kitchen counter but it is the southern warm climate so it could have possibly come from the outside or another room. But I wouldn’t blame it on the property itself because it really is a nice stay for an economy hotel. And there is also a small fitness center and laundry machines! Book the StayApt brand! If you like an AirBnB feel, this hotel has it down packed! There isn’t any room service for food so be sure to bring groceries if you plan to eat in. You have a full sized refrigerator and stove and microwave and dishwasher! Also if you need new towels just let the staff know! I will be searching for this brand in other cities I travel to! Perfect stay and budget friendly!

The room was fairly clean.We did find a water bottle top on our mattress. This property is severely understaffed. There was one woman working, she was cleaning rooms tending to anyone who called and needed help. While check in was not until three p m. We did arrive at one thirty and there were no rooms available.I have never experienced that in any other hotel. Regarding amenities, there was no shampoo or body wash in the containers in the shower. The pillows on the bed we're also pathetic. I will not be using this hotel again.

Room and staff was good Very thin floors. The people above us walked and stomped all day and night. Informed the staff but it only became worse. They stomped back and forth at 3 am to 5 am. Terrible experience for sleeping

We did not stay the night due to finding evidence of bed bugs in one mattress.

I first booked on line then the next 3 days, I booked with front desk. May 9, 2026 Saturday was our last night. We had an event in Lillington NC, when we returned about 11:30 pm or so, our keys did not work. I called two numbers several times and there was no answer the first few times. Then the called was answered and I was hung up on. I had to sleep in my car until like 6am, I went to a friends house. Very dissapointed. The staff still charged my account. Will this be able to be disputed and returned? Thank you for concerns and questions.

It was a great stay

Easy to get to, clean. I didn’t dislike anything about the stay.

I really liked being able to take my dog with me. There is lots of space for walking . The pillows were a bit flat.

Every aspect of my stay was pleasant.
