Best Western Inn

The soda bar for a dollar a day unlimited refills is one of the highlights while I was there. During this last heat wave it was a life saver. The laundry facilities were very handy as well. The breakfast was adequate with enough variety. I dont really have anything to complain about.

Bare minimum breakfast, but did not have high expectations due to price of stay. Building is getting run down,and ready to be replaced or rehab. An on- off switched vent in the bathroom. Second floor had only 1 means of entry or exit,unless you want to jump off the walkway !.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was just average. The only complaints I had was there was a bug underneath the lamp and the tub looked old and discolored.

Great staff. Property looks worn but there were staff working on sprucing it up. All in all, a solid spot at a good price.

There was visible mold on the bathroom ceiling.

Room was disgusting. Requested an extra blanket. None available Room was dirty, stains on the wall, carpet was sticky and the heater when blowing air smelt burning dust as if hasn't been used. Spare roll of toilet paper wasn't wrapped. (Like it was from a store pack. Was very disappointed in the Best Western name with this hotel. Was very dated aswell.

I got up early and breakfast wasn't being served yet so I just left instead of waiting for 45 minutes to get food. I was disappointed in this hotel.

Room was terrible. Bathtub finish was coming off. Room needed to be painted. Scratches on the walls. Wasn't able to sleep, it's a very noisy area where this hotel is located. Nothing to in the area of the hotel. The hotel is in the hood; houses are run down in the area. Way overpriced for the area it's in, lack of upkeep for the property, rooms being run down and needing major updates. Staff was okay. Did not eat the complimentary breakfast so I cannot say anything bad about it.

Location The picture online for the room I reserved had hardwood floors and we ended up in one with carpet. The room was very humid with a musty smell. Towels from the morning even hung up did not dry.

Dirty and run down

It was a decent place to stay. Our room was clean, but outdated. The breakfast had a waffle maker and sandwiches to make which is a plus. No elevator for seniors though.

Yes, the 2 kinds of breakfast sandwiches were great! And we enjoyed the free soda machine in the lobby. There was a transition from the old computer system to the new one, but that should no longer be a factor once the older reservations have come and gone.

It was okay. The building is older and could use some updating.

Floor was buckled and the air conditioner barely kept up. Office area smelled bad when you walked in. For almost $180 a night I expected a lot nicer room!

Room was clean. Another blanket could have been used.

Room smelling like musty cigarette smoke. Road noise all night-slept poorly. Barely a trickle of water in morning for a shower! Please reply to my request.

The location was ok. Restaurants are close by The floor was filthy. Went to the front desk and asked for a mop and was given a swifter type mop to clean the floors. That would not work so my daughter in law went and purchased a mop and cleaning supplies. Took us five mopping to get it somewhat clean
