it was a great stay.

It was clean and quiet but we were there 3 nights, no one cleaned the room or even offered fresh towels. Drive way and parking lot could use some maintenance.

Guy at front desk was nice when I checked in but room was dirty and couch had some sort of what appeared to be dog hair all over it. Bed and chair were uncomfortable. Bathroom still had painters tape up on wall from when they painted and had cracked and loose floor tiles. Better hotels in area for the money.

Need a better breakfast setup for morning

So gross we could not stay. Filthy floors in the room and bathroom, food stained and moldy pillow cases, and a toenail in the bedsheets. Same as previous reviews, the pool is still down for "maintenance." NO REFUND. they said there is a no cancellation policy, but we did not cancel, we were there, just so disgusted we could not stay.

Everything is great. Breakfast was great

I was in looked nice until you got past the surface. You have to contend with roaches. That means seriously I got dressed and I had my shirt and my jeans folded neatly with my socks and bra on the little stand underneath the TV and it was a dark color shirt so I did not realize it was a freaking roach on it until after I was dressed and I was brushing my hair and I felt something crawling on me and I could not get out of that shirt quick enough not cool when I looked around I realized there was also a dead roach in the entryway when you come in so I know they were spraying, but they weren’t keeping up

Had to change rooms due to faulty fridge window access bathroom without handicap railing just seen everything was outdated

Never cleaned my room in 4 days

Loud neighbors

Pool under repair, first room we were given had a strong smoke smell. Staff changed rooms immediately. Very basic amenities. Light bulb out in bathroom.Floors needed replaced. Bed and pillows were very comfortable! Air conditioning worked great! Free breakfast was good, with hot and cold options. For the price, it was adequate and clean, but definitely needed some updates and repairs.

dirty everywhere

This hotel was extremely dirty, they moved us to 3 rooms and all of them were dirty. Linens, bathroom, and floors. The elevator also broke while we were there.

Overall it's beautiful inside but the pool seems to always be broken and the elevator need either TLC or mantiance

Good staff

Carpet walking to the room was so disgusting - if I had a closer place to stay to the meeting I had the next morning, I would have checked out. Slept in clothes and hoped for the best. Please - please take this off your list of places to stay.

Nicely located Cleaning needs to be more thorough throughout the building. Floor was still sticky in my room along with damage to our door upon entry. Their elevator also didn’t work so taking the stairs every time going up was a bummer

Location was good for our needs. The room was not clean. We wiped down all fly surfaces. The morning we were getting ready to leave my wife checked under the bed to make sure we didn’t leave anything and she was shocked at how filthy it was under there.

Entire property was filthy, in disrepair and had a noxious odor throughout. Listed as a smoke free property. Room and hallways smelled smoke. Front desk staff had trouble communicating in English. The pool was closed. Someone apparently cleaned muddy boots in the drinking fountain in the lobby. Continental breakfast was inadequately stocked, ran out of coffee, juice, yogurt, etc. no staff available. Breakfast area floors and surfaces were dirty. Had to personally clean a table in order to use. Blood stains on white comforter. Hair dryer ripped off the wall. Blue tape on window holding it in place. Two nights stay but our room was never cleaned. Had to go to the front desk for clean towels. Low water pressure in shower. Only saw one staff person for the entire stay . No sign of housekeeping cart or staff. This property should be closed immediately by Choice Hotels
