Very nice Super 8. The water feels like it comes from a water conditioner (very soft). The only subpar thing is the standard motel toilet paper.

There was no drinking cup in the room when I arrived, so I got a plastic cup from the check-in area. I saw a maid cleaning rooms, but, although I stayed two nights, no one came into my room to make the bed or touch things up after the first night. I didn't decline maid service nor was I asked about conserving resources when I checked in. The free breakfast consisted of a dispenser of Frosted Flakes cereal and a waffle maker. No juice or anything hot except the waffle maker. King bed was comfortable and LG TV worked fine. Rained all day which meant that a small lake had to be navigated driving in and out. Only stayed there because cheapest rate around. (And, that was still $160/night!) Won't be going back.

The location was great. It was clean & organized. Staff was nice. The jacuzzi was very bad. There was no power on the jets in the jacuzzi. There was no pressure coming out of the jets. There was a broken piece of ceramic tile in front of the jacuzzi when you step up to get in. & the toilet seat was not working right.

If you are going to wire the bathroom light and exhaust fan to gather use a silent fan

That it was cheap and clean the location was good it was quiet, except for the train going through but that’s not their fault. Since we were only there to sleep it was fine. Breakfast was Raisin Bran, Frosted Flakes , or waffles. The coffee was terrible didn’t taste like coffee. The man at the desk barely spoke English .

The breakfast was toasted waffles and cold cereal. Not at all what I would expect for what I paid. The bathroom wasn’t completely clean. There were no cups for me to use for water. There was no pen for me to use.

They need some seating outside

We had a king suite (2 adults and 2 nines yr olds) and was very comfortable. Nice big king bed, breakfast was waffles, Raisin bran and frosted flakes, along with coffee. Literally nothing else. No breads or pastries, yogurt, juice, muffins, nothing else. If you are looking for clean, comfortable, low cost and zero amenities; this will do just fine.
