Was advertised as a non smoking room and reeked of smoke when personnel told about no offer to change rooms or anything just reiterated non smoking, air conditioner rattled all night long

Easy to get too. Staff were pleasant. No elevator wish thet would of told us before they put us on the 2nd floor. Very hard for me to do steps. Breakfast was just ok. Not many options. Carpets need replaced.

Thank goodness the room floors are hardwood because the carpet in the hallways was badly stained everywhere and not well maintained. The staff was nice/friendly but I would likely pay a bit more just to stay in a place that is much cleaner.

Nothing, it was disgusting. First of all did not get the room requested/booked. The room was totally nasty. The chair that was supposed to be a pullout sofa bed was filthy with crumbs/bug dropping not sure what it was. The arms of the chair were black from several years worth of not being cleaned. The bed covers looked like they had been washed for awhile. There was no air-conditioning in the room, lobby, and entrance area. We ended up getting another hotel and I'm still waiting for my refund. That was a week ago. If not refunded by Monday I will be calling again, as well a call to my credit card company. My only regret was we didn't take pictures of the room. The room pictured when booking WAS NOT the room that we got.

They no longer have a hot tub. And I was charged two dollars when I had paid my reservation in full prior to staying there. When I inquired, they said it was a housekeeping charge. That is just wrong and I will not stay there anymore, They did not disclose their hidden charge.

Room was dirty we had a dirty towel. The towel didn’t look white it was gross. The sheets had stains. The shower head wasnt spraying water correctly. No elevator which sucked because are bags were heavy. Would not stay here again.
