Candlewood Suites Grand Junction by IHG

The property and room was clean but there was no sheets or blankets for the pull out bed - even though we booked for the appropriate number of people. The room also had no shampoo, body wash conditioner or other soap supplies. When I asked staff she shrugged and said she gave all of the blankets out and then finally just gave us some sheets for the bed- when asking about bathroom materials she said housekeeping has gone home and she had nothing

Simple, clean, and average. Typical stuff, carpets and comforters need replacing. But that seems to be the norm in all mid hotels. Other than that, cool beans.

No body wash, but they did say it was behind in delivery. Otherwise great stay!

Comfortable beds and kitchenette Room doors are kind of loud when closing. Not as bad as other hotels.

Relaxing and easy temp control

Super clean, spacious room. Great value too. I stayed in the king suite and it was beyond my expectations. Absolutely enormous, beautiful room.

Extremely dirty hotel. I believe they do the bare minimum to keep this hotel afloat. Don’t bother asking for a refund. They also want help with that knowing that the room is disgusting. There was food all over the carpet when we got there as well as Hair in the bed. As well as the bathroom, not being very clean. The first red flag was when we walked into the hotel and the elevator was absolutely disgusting. Definitely don’t recommend and would give zero stars if I could.

The bath wash wasn’t filled however and a few of the people in our group also didn’t have any in their rooms.

Electrical outlets only on one side of the bed which was quite inconvenient. Otherwise a wonderful place to stay. Especially appreciated the quiet coolin system.

I loved the complimentary laundry on site

Appreciated the laundry room. Very quiet.

The front desk was helpful with getting us into a new room. The first room had not been cleaned, the sheets weren't even on the bed. The second room had clean sheets but the shower had hair all over shower and bathroom floor. The elevator was lound and slow, seemed like it was about to break down.

Location. Close to stores and laundromat.

one of the best breakfasts. the biscuits and gravy were excellent. the shower!! excellent shower, better than my home shower. location was convenient, quiet, and very clean and spacious. would definitely stay again.

Very good

Incredibly nice staff, clean room, great in-room amenities (Dove products in the bathroom). The only downsides were neither my friend nor I were able to connect to the wi-fi at any point during our stay, and the ice maker in the freezer didn’t work.

The staff were super helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Would recommend.
