The room was very large with a big bathroom. The only thing needed on the door of bathroom a knob be great to help close/open the door. Breakfast was very good--needs to be spread out more because it would get busy when lots of folks were in line & you were trying to get something else. The staff was very nice. The location of the hotel was excellent!

Front desk clerk at check-in was super helpful and friendly. Unfortunately there were a couple issues of cleanliness within our room. One of the folded towels in the bathroom had pet hair and something crusted/dirty on it and there was a nail clipping on the floor near the bed from whatever guest stayed there prior. We brought this to the attention of the front desk since at check-in there was a slip of paper with hotel info such as wi-fi, hotel amenities hours, and their 100% satisfaction guarantee “We guarantee an engaging experience and clean, comfortable accommodations. If you aren’t completely satisfied, let us make it right or the night is on us.” We were only offered an apology and Hilton points since the reservation was “booked” by a third-party. Was told the manager was not in but she would be notified and was offered for the manager to give me a call. Never received a call. Very disappointing experience.

Super clean and staff was very kind. By far the best breakfast we’ve ever had at a hotel of this kind.

This place was lovely, especially the afternoon staff.

The desk employee was very kind and understanding. Helped me get the issue resolved. The hotel does not allow local residents to rent a room. They did not tell Booking.com this which made it difficult on myself and their staff member that had to tell me this since I was looking for a place to stay for my safety. I did not appreciate this.

Everyone from cleaners and breakfast folks to throat desk folks were VERY and helpful. Ran out of forks on Saturday and Sunday breakfasts but always enough food. Our daughter LOVED the pool and greatly improved her swimming skills during the course of our stay. Elevators are fast so hardly any wait time.

Like the location. The room smelled musty and damp. The shower did not get very hot. They have not aged very well.

Staff were helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was excellent.

Really great property. I would stay again and recommend.
