Everything was excellent EXCEPT I have to put out a little warning to anyone staying here. Don’t book a room near the north end, We stayed in room 200 and it’s directly above the fitness room. If you do, just plan on listening to everything below you at 5 am. Slamming weights, music, treadmill running. It’s just not placed well directly below a bedroom. I know the weight slamming on the floor rattling windows is just some careless inconsiderate guest, but it did suck paying $300+ and having a crappy nights rest. Otherwise the hotel is excellent

Such nice welcoming and exiting front desk staff. Super clean rooms and comfy beds. Great breakfast and super attentive breakfast worker. Great hot buffet breakfast options including Cinnabon rolls. That was a fun surprise. Definitely would stay again.

The breakfast host (Kelly) was a ray of sunshine 😊. She was friendly and went above and beyond to help us get what we needed.

This is a very convenient, safe location close to a lot of amenities (shopping, restaurants, etc.). The property is very clean as was our room, and the bed is very comfortable. One drawback is that there is not automatically a coffee pot in your room. If you wish to have a coffee pot in your room, ask at the front desk and they will give you a small Keurig and coffees. We would stay again when in Grand Junction..

Close to freeway. Morning staff was nice. Our initial room (403) had dead flies and alive flies in it. We went down to notify the night team and request a different room and they were not apologetic at all. We were basically told that it’s normal because it’s been hot. The attendant then came into the room and take pictures and stated “at least they are dead” as if that was okay. I explained that we had killed a few flying around. We got moved to room 111 and had the same problem plus the shower and sink did not drain and the door to the bathroom does not lock. We will definitely not come back and will reconsider if we want to go to any Holiday Inn location in the future. The only good thing was the morning staff was pleasant.

We love Holiday Inn Express! They never disappoint. Clean. Comfortable bed. Large shower. The staff cares about your comfort. They were very helpful.
