Great location quiet and easy parking

Large variety and fresh food.

First time I have ever felt physically unsafe at a hotel. Another guest was given a key card and tried to access our room while we were sleeping. Very very unnerving to have someone try to come into your room while you are asleep. Then got a call from the front desk clearly not knowing who we were or why we were in that room. Went down to discuss what happened. Received an apology, but never an explanation on how/why they gave another guest a key to our room. Eventually decided to not leave in the middle of the night and try to get back to sleep. Went to the front desk in the morning to again ask how/why another guest was given a key to our room. Again, an apology but no clear explanation. Asked to speak to the GM, was told he was off that day and I should hear from him on Monday. That was 3 days ago and still nothing. The hotel was nice, well kept and in a great location. But not worth it if you need to worry about being safe while you are trying to sleep. Horrible experience.

Our room was clean and we really enjoyed our stay. Also, the breakfast was great with lots of choices.

Overall this was a great stay. There was a minor issue with the body wash dispenser, but I was able to open it and pour it out to use it. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Everything is great. Staff was wonderful. Exceeded my expectations.

The room was very outdated in need of repair, wallpaper peeling, window didn’t close. The room was clean as it could be considering. Breakfast was good. The hotel just needs a complete remodel

The Hotel is excellent, Quiet, the room is clean, the ac is cool. The only thing bad is you have to pay additional parking fee which is not cool.

Location was convenient, but it ended there. The toilet ran all night and day long. The batteries were dead in the remote. The room had VERY wet carpet (which we were twarned about at check in, but it was really musty smelling the whole week. The windows in the room were left open. It took an act of congress to get housekeeping to even just bring us clean towels & dump the trash. The breakfast was ok, but ends at 9am… we made it on time only one of the 4 mornings we were there.
