Staff were nice and helpful.

Clean, new, nice hotel. No closet or drawers, but fine.

I didn't like that I had to pay to park in the hotel parking lot as I already had the expense of a rental car for the week. Why isn't the parking free for the paying hotel guests?
-
The rooms are very small compared hiltons. Tight for 3 people. Parking is $14 per car per night
-
Great amenities and cleanliness. Breakfast was really good too and the location very convenient with private parking

The breakfast was wonderful. The internet was very slow which was frustrating

The property was okay but it was weird that the pool was shared with a different hotel. And it closed very early so even though the temperature outside was 90+ degrees, we were unable to go swimming at 9 pm. In addition, Tru by Hilton says it is "pet-friendly" - and they do allow dogs in the rooms - however, they have a tiny, fake-turf dog "walk" (pee) area in the corner of the parking lot, which was not pet-friendly at all. And to get there, the dogs had to walk over dark pavement that burned their feet. Either stop accepting pets or step up to actually make the location truly pet-friendly - with an actual grassy area and dog run.

Breakfast was great and the Hotel was very clean and great amenities. Parking was paid, but definitely worth it.

Nice location in downtown Grand Junction. Easy walking to restaurants on the main area and not too tough to access off of the interstate, even with the ton of construction that was currently going on when we arrived. However, Expedia isn't clear that the only parking available is paid parking, not included in your hotel price. I can't remember the exact amount, but I think it was an additional $14. Also, there is a pool, but it is not in the hotel. The pool is in one of the other sister properties that is within walking distance (and share the paid parking lot).

Was told after the fact that we were supposed to be at least 21+ to book hotel after booking it.

Check in clerk was very informative. Clean. Right at downtown . Good breakfast

The room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The lobby has a warm and friendly vibe. We liked that had a variety of different beverages, snacks and microwavable grab and go foods for purchase. It was great that they promote local restaurants, bars and attractions. The location, right downtown was easy walking to the farmers market and local restaurants and shops. We also appreciated that the parking lot felt secure since you need a key to enter and exit. Their breakfast had some healthy options like oat meal and non-dairy milk options and fruit. The coffee was good as well. And last but not least, the main reason we chose the hotel was because they are pet friendly.
-
Near downtown and main streets which had a food and art festival at the dates we’ve been there, all within walking distance Nothing much. Pretty poor breakfast, no vegetables or variety to choose, but it was ok to start the with coffee and pancakes.

My room was seriously one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in.

The room was nice. The staff was great! 5 stars for sure. When we checked in the trash hadn't been emptied in our room. The shower had what appeared to be black mold, we didn't notice until the next morning. For the $240 plus tax price tag, I expected better.
