Best Western Plus Arlington North Hotel & Suites

Las llaves de la puerta no funcionaron 2 veces bajé y a la tercer subí con el chico de recepción con otra nueva llave ( la tercera esa si sirvió )

I usually don't just give 5 stars across the board, but I really don't have anything negative to say about our stay at this hotel. Unfortunately we overslept and missed the breakfast. The shuttle was perfect! Took us to the Ranger's game & picked us up afterwards. Nice lady driver! The room was clean, comfortable and we got a great night's sleep.

There was a rat in our room and we told staff and they asked if we took a pic of it.

Stay was good! Continental breakfast terrible!

Due to the soccer events the breakfast was very busy. Soccer fans from another country were not very tidy, not considerate of other guests and certainly not respectful to the hotel staff assigned to the dining area. Under normal circumstance I may have had a totally different opinion. I really felt sorry for the staff especially the housekeepers. Kudos to them for not saying anything to those rude, sloppy fans! I hope the hotel compensated the staff or at a minimum acknowledged their professionalism.

No issues besides the throw pillow sized pillows offered. Had to get one from the front desk. Gym was ok no towels or cups

Very nice hotel, clean room and bathrooms. The pool was nice and breakfast in the morning was good. It was overall a good experience and I would stay here again.

Location only...... Trashy property.....noisy night and day. Terrible facility.

The facility was in a convienent location and was clean. The staff was nice. The pool area scrapped 3 of my son’s feet.

Room and carpet look dirty.
