It was very hot and humid in the room and in the building

It was close to the cowboys game. The elevator didn’t work, the shuttle was an old van and it barely worked, and the smell in the hotel was terrible

The pool was nice and it was really close to everything Our room was not clean had to ask 3 separate times for a remote and eventually just go down and get it from the desk ourselves the elevator scraped against every floor so it was really uneasy being in it. There was hair in our bathroom trash when we arrived like a lot of it. Our towels were not clean. No shampoo. The breakfast wasn't really much but it was pretty good what was there. And the smell of weed was horrendous. It was HOT everywhere we understand its got outside but we couldn't get our room very cold honestly. The beds were so hard our back was killing us at the end. And they had random kids up and down all the halls asking people for money. The bathtub was so slick we had to help eachother in and out. The room was incredibly small so we barely had room to step around eachother and every room is a connecting room

The location and price The elevator, the breakfast, the a/c wasn't cool

Very friendly staff.Starring from the front desk to the cleaning ladies and the lady setting up breakfast.loved my stay.the front desk person was very informative.breakfast lady was helpful with food items and cleaning ladies made sure everything was good in your room

I never stayed at the hotel because it was mowed infested. They charged me 94.92 and I would like a full refund back. The hotel looks fine on the outer appearance, but stink with mold inside.

The room was clean and it was a great location!

Parking was great, my room smelled like cigarettes but other than that everything was okay.

This hotel staff was so friendly and helpful. Greeted us with smiles & gave thorough information upon check-in. Parking was easy. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Our only issue was waiting on the slow elevator for a very long time. What seemed like 10 minutes for a 4-story building. That only happened the first time we used it, then it wasn't a problem the rest of our trip, so I guess they worked on it. I would stay here again.

Room seem little dirty in an older area

Don't book! The bathroom of our room had not been cleaned and the bathroom smelled like mildew so badly we couldn't use the shower. The AC was a window unit that didn't work. I can't believe this place was under the Hilton name, as if felt more like a motel.

Kourtney at the reception desk was a pleasure to deal with. She was able to solve a booking issue I had quickly, efficiently, and with a smile. True professional.

I like everything, clean, friendly personal.

Amazing hotel for a great price. Everything is near. Everything in the area is 10-25 minutes distance. A lot of food options near it. Great discount at iHop. Great staff. Great room.

My second time to stayed in this hotel. The cleanliness was super. The staff was awesome. If making changes for improvement, maybe a microwave inside the room.

Unfortunate, as the reception staff was nice.. But the cleaning crew needs do to their job.
