Our room had a broken faucet and the pool needs a little upgrade but overall we were very happy

Parking was good, room was clean, breakfast was ok

The front desk person did not acknowledge me standing at the front desk upon arrival, for a very long time. She was bordering on rude, told me to speak up because as I could see, she had many machines around making noise. In turn, she did not also speak loudly even though I was in fact, around those same machines. She helped someone else who came in after me, in the middle of getting me checked in and finished up with this person before me, saying she was multi tasking. Later, I texted the front desk using the link sent to me, to say the wifi on the thermostat was blinking and I thought needed reset, and asked if that could be done. She texted back to say yes, or that the batteries might be dead. Nothing else. No direction like, maintainenace will be in touch, come to the front desk, we will get you a new room, etc. And it never got fixed. The daytime attendent confirmed what should have happened, and apologized.

The room was spacious and spotless. The staff were all very friendly and gracious. Will definitely stay here again!

Location and staff and friendly Was extremely over priced, home was not clean, still trash on floor when we got there, had to wait for breakfast, one person could not keep it stocked, however he was very nice and tried hard to please the customers, entrance doors broke at end of hall and pool area.

I live the available parking and how close it was to the city, but not downtown. Everything I needed was close. Room was great. I will return my next visit to Grand Rapids!

Very clean, and staff was wonderful. On Sunday morning the breakfast set was terrible, at 7:30 am, no food and very messy. Then on Monday morning that problem was corrected.

The staff was super friendly and the room was clean and large. But we booked a king suite and didn’t find out until after check in there were none available… didn’t mention at check in but until after we got in the room. Coffee and breakfast was supposed to be available until 10 but the coffee was all gone by 9 so a little disappointing. Would stay again but know to get there earlier

Breakfast could have been better. It seemed like the staff was either unprepared for the amount of people or they were short staffed. We had to wait for cups for coffee and items on the breakfast bar were not kept available.

The actually room was big 2 security doors did not work. Our room number was missing. Out toilet did not work and we told them about it at 730am and when we got back to our room after 9pm they never fixed it. They gave us a plunger and that didn’t fix it and then did nothing to fix the situation. Would never recommend this hotel

The front desk staff was amazing! I spoke with three different members of the staff and everyone of them was beyond friendly! The hotel is located in the perfect location for shopping and easy in and out of the city. When I went to take a shower, I noticed there were green hair tie rubber bands underneath the sink. I picked them up with toilet paper and moved on. Then as I went to turn on the water to get in the shower the handle came off in my hand. I kind of laughed pushed it back on, and got in the shower. That's when I realized they're not only was less than one pump of shampoo, there was absolutely no conditioner. I could have gotten out, and called or text message the front desk and I'm sure they would have brought it up but I did not want to wait upwards of a half hour when I was already in the shower. Then came time for breakfast breakfast is served from 6:00 to 10:00. We get down there at 8:00. There was cereal, waffle fixings, egg patties, and slices of ham. That was it. Oh, and a bowl that had two cups of completely warmed you'll play yogurt and two bottles of warm milk in it. No ice in the bowl to try and chill it at all. I was feeling upset. I did not report any of this. The woman who came down as I was leaving as the attending person if there was more food and she said no this was it. Very very disappointed. The hotel was okay but I would not seek it out again. The only reason they got the rating they did was because of the front desk staff.
