Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Grand Rapids-North by IHG

We were assigned a room that had not been cleaned. Bed was unmade. Was able to switch room but really no excuse for that.

I enjoyed the services......hot tub was awesome.....but there was no streaming service available...so you only had a selected choice of TV channels.... so it was somewhat of an inconvenience.... I was there for about a week...i didn't have a chance to enjoy the breakfast amenities...my home was being renovated and I worked third shift so I was to early for breakfast time...I did ask for some soy milk for cereal but I was given a roundabout answer so I gave up...ding for that one!... overall it was a decent stay...

Friendly and hard working staff. Very clean and updated rooms. Pool and hot tub are well maintained. Continental breakfast was full of good options and also very clean. I’d definitely recommend booking this hotel

Easy parking, nice room, staff was super nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. Sausage links and eggs along with lots of other options.

Room Food wasn’t that hot

We arrived a day early for a conference downtown and chose to stay here to save money versus book additional night at downtown hotel. This hotel was SO nice. Staff was friendly. I also loved that it was close to a couple stores for us to do a little shopping for things we had forgotten. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Room was fine; too many youths running halls & slamming doors. Breakfast was nothing to write home about.

Had a terrible experience at this hotel. Was given a room with mold on the mattress of the sofa bed in my suite. Good luck in trying to speak with a manager.

Very clean, nice hotel in a great location. The breakfast wasn't as good as it was in the past stays. Everything was empty, and dried up and the pancake machine was not working.

We had a lovely stay. The whirlpool was great and pillows were fantastic.

It was great! Clean, quiet and convenient.
