Check in staff were polite and friendly. The free breakfast was delicious. Pool was clean. Rooms were clean. Would stay again.

The property was in a convenient location to access downtown Grand Rapids & to get on or off the interstate. I only complaint we had was how cold the temperature was in the indoor pool. Other than that the staff was friendly & helpful, plus there was a good selection for breakfast.

There was nobody at the check-in desk and I was stuck there waiting for at least five minutes. I called on the phone, but they said they’d be up soon.

The staff was nice Hotel was dirty, shower didn’t drain, couldn’t easily open the room door from the inside and posed a major hazard in an emergency.

Booked after arriving late into Grand Rapids because of storms. Night staff person was rude and unable to enter a reservation for us, after he told us we made a mistake and booked for the following night on Booking.

Clean with friendly people and a great breakfast. All hotels raised prices over $100 for the two graduation days. I don’t believe it’s worth $258 a night.
