The staff was very friendly, and very helpful Had very good breakfast There internet was a little slow

Clean and the staff was very accommodating with an early check in No body wash in shower and had to ask for toilet paper

Also the heated pool was not heated, so we didn’t get to use it. The breakfast buffet was not hot and there was no microwave to heat food up.

Arrive on check-in day past the time and our room is flagged. They go look and room was not cleaned and ready they skipped it. Move us to the 2nd floor for 1 night and the elevator was out. The pool, was freezing the kids lips turned blue within 15 mins. Needless to say, I did not stay here. I had to book a new location.

The breakfast was nice and in a nice clean area THE ELEVATOR IS NOT WORKING. THIS MUST BE HIGHLIGHTED IN EVERY REVIEW. IT IS A NICE GESTURE TO HAVE THE STAFF OFFER TO CARRY YOUR BAGS UP THE STAIRS BUT THEN YOU STILL HAVE TO CLIMB THEM. Was told in the morning that it was policy to make the offer - how long has the elevator been out of commission to have actually put a policy in place???

We were in GR for a wedding, and many of the family and friends were staying in this hotel. The rooms and main areas were clean and well cared for and the staff friendly. The elevator was broken, which was an issue for some elderly guests and those who had to navigate the stairs in long dresses and heels. I'm sure they will get that fixed quickly. The only other issue was the coffee was almost always out, even at breakfast when the breakfast area had been opened less that 15 minutes. We were told by the person filling the breakfast that they were out of coffee for the day, so we walked to the Starbucks about 1/2 mile away to get some. Other than that the stay was good and it was located in an area that was easily accessible.

We were woken up three times by housekeeping knocking on our door, hours before checkout. I felt rushed to leave early. One knock would have been fine I guess, but when I answered and explained we were still sleeping, it was not necessarily to wake us up two more times. We left over an hour before checkout, so I’m not sure what the issue was.

Beautiful spacious room. One of the most comfortable mattresses I've ever slept on. We'll definitely be using Springhill Suites more often.

Nothing Elevator down. Half opened containers in the fridge from prior guest.

The elevators were not working. The room we were given had broken locks, broken shower soap dispensers; and the front desk advised they were aware when we checked out the next day. They should not be able to give rooms that are not equipped with fully working locks.

The staff let us come in early to our room before our event so my two babies could get a nap in before we left. That was so kind of them. The pool was too cold to enjoy.
