Room was clean

There were bed bugs, so I couldn't sleep at all. Breakfast was really underwhelming. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. I should have read the reviews before I made the booking.

It was clearly meant to be more popular than it is. It is an old property but kept clean and has everything you need.

It’s a good location but the place needs some updating. Maybe some smart TVs or better cable, update the showers and bathrooms

Great customer service experience

Room was clean and very reasonably priced via booking.com WiFi was non functional. Breakfast was atrocious.

Room was ok, bathroom was dirty with moled shower curtains and bathroom ceiling with moled as well. Towel were stained smelling weird, the bed sheets had yellow stains.

Wasn't very clean

The bed was clean and comfortable, but everything in the room was shabby and dated. Bathroom had a loose toilet, dirty tile, rusty vent. Broken glass shade on the nightlight. We did enjoy the pool although it was a little chilly.. Staff was friendly enough. In the morning there was nothing no coffee, no juice, nothing. It said they had breakfast available. So we will not be back needless to say and we would not recommend staying here.

The location Let me be VERY honest about this stay… we were NOT impressed The tub wouldn’t drain. The tray the glasses were sitting on had old burn stains. The towels had stains all over them. The TV was old, the remote looked like it belonged 20 years ago, and the elevators were outdated. Then breakfast… absolutely disappointing. There was NO hot food. My husband specifically loves breakfast at Radisson hotels, so that was a huge letdown. The whole place is simply outdated, run down, and in serious need of some upgrades. I expected WAY more from a Radisson facility. The name definitely gave me higher expectations, and this place did not deliver. At first, I thought maybe we just caught a really good deal. Nope!This stay definitely reminded us of the saying: YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! We were extremely disappointed and definitely would not choose this location again. When you're paying to stay somewhere you expect the basic things to be clean, maintained, and up to date. This place missed the mark on ALL of that.

Clean pool and hot tub.. horrible breakfast. Definitely not worth the pay of the stay.

I would NEVER stay there again. Effort does not take any skill. The place was dirty, breakfast was almost nonexistent and there was no staff anywhere! Maybe this was a nice hotel back in the day but this management is running it into the ground!

Superb

It was a room. The entire building was in disrepair and falling apart. Rooms were not very clean, nor any of the hotel for that matter. Elevators other than 1 rickety one were out of order. Staff did not seem to be bothered, even though every person who i seen stop at the desk was not very happy. And their free breakfast was water or milk and a box of cereal. We also did not get in the pool or hot tub as they were not the cleanest. Thats why i originally chose the place. Not the worst stay ever, but for the money spent, it ranked up there with the worst. We will not return.

There was no breakfast offered. The cleanliness of my bathroom. Had female hair in the shower. Black mold overhead the shower and brown fluid going around the toilet.

Bad

rooms were clean, air conditioner worked well. The only thing is it looks outdated in some parts, it smelled like humid/wet dog/pee in the hallway. But aside from that the hotel is nice and the rooms are nice as well.

Older hotel and conference center. In an industrial area. Would not stay again.

The man at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The halls were dank and creepy. When I arrived to the outdated elevator and went up to my floor, it was very unnerving. The door next to my room was jarred. I entered my room quickly to find the lights on, which was helpful. However, the television iwas on. I tried to use the desk phone, but it was inoperable. I had to use my cell phone. The front desk clerk indicated that the housekeeping staff may have left the TV on. He did state that he would come upstairs to check on the room next door. That was very good of him. With the TV, i could not use the remote control. I manually turned the TV channel and volume. But I noticr a strip of black tap covering the receiver and another clear button on the TV. It seems someone thought there may have been a recording device. The bathroom was decent however the shower was very outdated, the ceiling was very low and patched up. The shower head had good pressure was was very old. Overall, the stay was ok, but I would not return or recommend a stay there. One of my co workers stated that her roo. Was worse. The staff in the morning was also very nice and helpful.
