The room was very clean, very friendly customer service.

The people checking in before us had a room already occupied. We had to wait while they were assisted. We checked in and were told the best way to get to our room was to drive around the building and use the door back there. The door would not unlock with our keys. We walked back to the front desk and was told others had complained about that and the door may be broken. We went back out and got our luggage, came back to the front, and went up to our room. My wife opened the door and there were people in the room. It was very upsetting and we decided we were not going to stay here. The person at the front desk tried to get us a refund but could not. We left and went to a Holiday Inn. I contacted Hotels.com and was able to get a refund.

When I arrived, I discovered what appeared to be blood stains on the bed linens. The bathroom was also filthy, with obvious cleanliness issues that should have been addressed before any guest was checked into the room. I immediately brought these concerns to management’s attention and expected the situation to be corrected. Instead, I felt dismissed and was offered no meaningful resolution. The lack of concern for basic cleanliness and customer service was extremely disappointing. To make matters worse, I am now having to dispute the charges because I do not believe I should be responsible for paying for a room that was not properly cleaned or maintained. Cleanliness and customer service are the bare minimum expectations when staying at a hotel. Unfortunately, my experience fell far below those standards. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this property to others.

Clean room is okay, Staff not so helpful. Did not try hot tub. Air was okay

Expedia was extremely helpful in prompting a refund and responding quickly and apologizing on this terrible hotels behalf. Highly recommend booking on Expedia but avoid this hotel at all costs.

For the price it was a nice hotel old but nice. Needs a little tlc but it was a pleasant stay.

Another stay in at this location. Have stayed many times for shows downtown, quick and affordable option. Not the Ritzs but is a safe clean place to lay your head. Also the cleaning staff is busting tail to be ready for the next wave of guest, be human and spare them some dignity.

For the 170 I paid for one night it should have been 75.00 total. Rip off
-
It was nasty the bathroom wasnt cleaned the room had wires laying all around a chewed pouch in the drawer and a nasty hair ball on the ice tray by the container
-
The bathroom shower was gross we didn’t even shower, our sheets had stains on them! The hotel was sold out so we could not “switch rooms” definitely won’t be back thank goodness it was only one night stay

The stay was nice. The grounds were not kept up and a lot of over grown weeds. Hotels.com stated that the pool, hot tub and resturant were closed. The only thing closed was the resturant. It's an older hotel, but it was clean and kept up.
-
The concierge was rude, the microwave didn’t work and they wouldn’t replace it, the restaurant was closed down. Won’t come back
-
I would not recommend this place at all…don’t believe the picture on website …find someplace else

Waited an hour and 20 minutes to get our room. Bed was uncomfortable. Understaffed and poor shape. Will not stay here again.

Went to check in at 4 pm and was told room wasn’t available didn’t call me till almost 8:30 we were at a cheer competition and didn’t have any where to change. Rooms were ok but there was mystery red stains on the floor the sofa bed was broken pee at the base of the toilet

Despite the negative reviews I decided to stay here, I had a good day, room was comfortable, good view, hot tub was hot, Hotel is a little outdated but my stay was great... the restaurant that everybody is complaining about is not part of the hotel, it is attached, but it is a separate entity, it is not open, but there are many other places to visit/eat in the vicinity.

When we first checked into our room, it had clearly not been cleaned. We took photos and immediately informed the front desk. There was dirt, hair, food crumbs, stained furniture, and some of the most unpleasant bathroom grout I’ve seen in a hotel. To their credit, the staff was accommodating and moved us to another room without issue The second room was better, but it still was not what I would consider clean. There wasn’t even that fresh, cleaned-room feeling when you walked in. I’m not sure what cleaning products are used, but it felt more like surfaces had been touched up rather than thoroughly cleaned. The property is undergoing renovations, so I understand some areas may not be at their best right now. However, cleanliness should still be a standard regardless of construction. The pool area could definitely use a deep cleaning and refresh as well. The complimentary breakfast was basic but available, which was appreciated. The air conditioning worked well, and ice/ water were readily available throughout our stay. Overall, this hotel lacked the quality and experience I typically associate with a Radisson, especially for a downtown location. The staff handled our concerns professionally, and I appreciate that. However, the condition and cleanliness of the property would prevent me from returning.

The rooms weren’t as clean as I would have liked, shower curtain was nasty at the bottom remote for tv didn’t work

I was charged 5 times for my stay and after 4 days have received no information when the problem will be resolved. I have contacted the hotel every day including before my stay when I had been charged 4 times before even checking in. I was assured it would be resolved and that they would pass the information on. Each day I get the same message that the message will be passed on. On the 3rd day I was given and general mangers email to contact and have received no response. The hotel says there is no way to contact them via phone or any other way. I will not be staying at this hotel again and will tell anyone visiting the Grand Rapids area to avoid it at all costs.

Hot tub was perfect temperature but needed cleaning. Breakfast poor choices, most of hotel vacant. Unable to see out window (was blocked) in room.
