Embassy Suites by Hilton Grand Rapids Downtown,MI

Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was great. Parking was good. Room was excellent. Would definitely go back.

We had an excellent stay,we stayed for the Fourth of July weekend. The room was very clean. Staff was very friendly and professional. The environment was great and I highly recommend to anyone who just wants pure comfort and relaxation.

The breakfast buffet was very good. Loved the jalapeno popper omelette. We typically don’t eat at the hotel buffets. The staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable. Great location. Only request would be to offer coke products.

We thought the amenities looked nice, but we did not take advantage of them.

Perfect getaway

Having access to good coffee downstairs was a blessing. Staff was always cheerful and helpful. The Big E restaurant was tasty and everything cooked perfectly. The beds were amazing and linens were clean and so comfy! We loved our view of the river. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again.

The breakfast was excellent! The omelette chefs were top notch! I didn’t like having to pay for parking.

The breakfast staff was amazing! So helpful and kind. The room was clean and quiet. Second stay there and we will stay there again.

We stay at Embassy Suites often all over the country. I was pretty disappointed at the front desk attendant. She had dress and was obese and smelled poorly. The room was clean but the pool was over crowed and very run down. To be honest it seemed that the employees get a reduced rate and many had excessive kids and adults crammed in one room. The lace was ghetto.

We loved that they accommodated our pet. And, we loved the happy hour. This was a perfect stay for us. It was on the pricey side for one night. Our dog is a non-shedding breed that is less than 10 lbs. It felt like a pretty high fee for her, but I get it. They need to have a standard fee across all breeds.

Breakfast was delicious, staff was super nice and so was the area

I had called ahead and requested a room as close as possible to the elevator because I have a Walking. Our room was right next to the elevator, which was very advantageous. Our room was extremely clean. There were a couple maintenance issues, but nothing that detoured from the comfortable stay and the amenities. I highly recommend the Embassy suites in downtown Grand Rapids.

I loved the pool area especially the inside outside hot tub and adults only time

The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are very courteous, helpful and professional. The breakfast is fantastic. Great location to access downtown. We will be back.

Breakfast is amazing. Great Chef staff. Omelets are made to order and are fantastic. Front desk staff are very helpful and professional. From Somone to Robert they are a great asset to the company. The bartender Nate, although new manager to the company was a fantastic person to deal with. The breakfast clean up staff feel cheated if you clean your table without their help. This is a fantastic place to stay. Thank you to all the staff that we did not get their names. We will next time.
