Our room was clean, the staff was nice. It was not a quiet room — there was road construction nearby which can’t be helped, but I could also hear an alarm in a nearby room.

Clean, newer hotel. Room with 2 queen beds was very small. Sink was outside the bathroom. Great location close to downtown museums and convention center. The free shuttle ride within 2 miles was nice. Staff were helpful. Breakfast wasn’t free but there were a nice variety of items to order for an all you can eat price. I would definitely stay here again.

Also had problems operating the microwave due to the position it was, very low to the ground. I gad to lay down on the floor to read the buttons.

Parking was easy. TV had a lot of options, though we didn't use it much. Beds were uncomfortable and pillows were too soft. There were many pillows but they were all the same. Bathroom was extremely tight. Housekeeping left black hairs on towels that were supposed to be clean, and didn't make one bed correctly -- seemed like they forgot to do part of the bottom sheet so we had to do it ourselves. Some USB ports in our room didn't work. Lots of highway noise at night. Construction was happening on the adjacent street and was very loud early in the morning. In general, all of the staff we encountered seemed lazy or like they didn't really care.

The pool area looked nice, though we didn't use it. The fitness center was small but had adequate equipment and weights. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We were happy that they let us keep our vehicle in the parking lot until 4 pm after we checked out so that we could have some more time in the city without having to find another place to park.

The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Breakfast was nice. Checked in early and was told I would receive a text message when the room was ready. Never received that text message which was disappointing.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel from start to finish. All of the staff were very nice, knowledgeable, and able to answer all of our questions. Especially enjoyed the free shuttle and pickup service in the downtown area.

It was a nice place to stay for a night. The fitness center was bare minimum. My biggest complaint is when I checked out the woman said she would email me my receipt and I never received it

The location could not have been better. It was really good. We liked being near the Ford museum and the gorgeous Grand Rapids museum that was right next-door. We walked downtown repeatedly. That was all great. The staff was really great. The place was very clean and very pretty. I did not like at all that the sink was in the room because when you’re sharing the room with other people anytime people want to go to bed the other people have to be a brushing, their teeth washing their face, keeping the others awake while they’re doing that and then if they get up early in the morning and need to put on makeup fix ,their hair etc. then they wake up all the others. To me it seems illogical to not have the bathroom sink in a dedicated bathroom space with a door that would close to keep the sound inside.
