Staff was great! Rooms were nice. We used the heck out of the shuttle. Drivers went above and beyond.

We had a nice stay. Thanks!
-
Great location for my wife and I to stay- was within short walking distance from a concert we attended and also good restaurants within walking distance from the hotel
-
We loved it!! We are definitely coming back
-
Great location. Close to downtown and we could walk to the Acrisure Amphitheater.

The first room smelled of wet dog, so I asked for another. The second room smelled fine. Bed was comfortable and clean, but the carpets felt grubby. The refrigerator was extremely noisy, with a long whine. I wore earplugs most of the time. The hot breakfast was mostly inedible. The cold buffet had protein yogurt, which was unusual and much appreciated. Staff was consistently and exceptionally friendly and helpful. There was a shooting in the hotel parking lot outside my room's window at 3:30am, so police lights filled the lot for over an hour while they blocked off the lot and investigated.

Hotel was decent, but....small rooms and it sounded like you were sleeping directly on the highway. VERY loud traffic noise. We did have a room close to the end of the building but all I could here all night was traffic from the highway.

It was a good hotel

The facility has small rooms and an awkward layout but staff were wonderful. Breakfast bar was very good, however it runs 16.50 per person but downtown restaurants are all pricey. Room are next to expressway so you can hear traffic noise. However you can not beat the location. Across the street is the Gerald Ford library, an art museum and over the bridge is the conference center, concert hall and arena.

Everything was fine with the property, but being the 4th of July weekend, people were shooting heavy fireworks well into the early morning hours. we did not fall asleep until probably around 3:00am on July 5th. Otherwise, everything was fine. We would come again.

Staff was great, room was clean, traffic was a little noisy, hot tub was filled with bubbles and smelled dirty, great Location. We would stay again.

Easy check in, nice staff, very clean!

Room was good. View was not worth the price. Overpriced due to events unfortunately. Nice easy walk to arena and downtown. Parking was super easy. Breakfast was very good at extra charge. My parents had insurance but still somehow lost what they paid for their first night, my dad had the flu and couldn't make the 3 hour drive the first night. Front desk was helpful and polite. Beds and bedding was very good.
-
The chicken wings in the onsite restaurant, Burger Theory, were undercooked and they were out of one of their three happy hour food specials. The location was good for downtown activities and events, but the cost was not a good value.
-
This Hotel is in the perfect location downtown. It is walking distance to alot of musemums and parks. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel also have a resturant in it that provides breakfast, lunch and dinner with a cost.

My wife is in a wheelchair and we were very happy the pool lift was operational and the battery was charged. However there was a bit of confusion at the front desk when we asked about the battery, they are generally stored somewhere and only hooked up when needed, but they weren't sure where or how to get them. Luckily the maintenance guy got it squared away once they called him. They were really helpful and accommodating. Next time we go to GR we'll stay here.

Clean and well maintained. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Location was great also.

Everything was great for the price. It is in a great location, very clean, a well stocked market and friendly staff. It’s perfect for a quick trip.

Breakfast was not included although I thought it was. At $17 per person it was an ok meal. The room was clean and the staff was very nice. Enjoyed our stay.
