Front desk staff was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. If you're not used to it, the unloading and parking can be confusing.

The staff was excellent, even with the rooms being dated, to have employees like they do makes the stay with them better than an updated room would. I will definitely be staying here again.

This hotel is so lovely, the room was very clean, the bathroom was beautiful and I appreciated the large vanity area with plenty of room for all the toiletries, etc. Very spacious room with comfortable bed. Great parking situation also. You can park in the lot to check in, and give the front desk your parking ticket which they will take care of and give you a room card to enter the parking garage during your stay. I loved this hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again! Lots of restaurants, stores, etc within walking distance. I must also mention the front desk was so friendly.
