Nice room and fantastic location!

Great place to stay! Close to everything - went to a concert at Van Andel and you can walk there and back. Nice staff, clean rooms!

Emma H checked us in. The room type we had booked was not available and she quickly upgraded us to a wonderful corner room. Emma and all the staff were wonderful and friendly. Great stay!

I got charged double thank god I noticed its was almost $500

It so nice so nice and clean and refreshing! The workers amazing! The parking is great! I wish the blinds could make the room darker?!.. once the sun came out through those windows the room felt like a sunna lol

The staff was amazing. they were all so nice and very accommodating. In the future should we need a hotel downtown GR we will definitely book Hyatt again. We came to celebrate my wife's birthday for the MGK concert. The staff upgraded up to a corner room on the 11th floor. It made the experience that much more incredible. Nothing. Amazing all around!

Great place to stay when in town for a performance at DeVos Performance Hall. Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Clean and quiet rooms.

The staff is amazing, they are friendly, kind, and very helpful. The shower had very low pressure and was unpleasant.

Great location. Great staff. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic - lots of options so there was something for everyone in our group. The airflow in the room odd and the bathroom stayed warm. Events outside were a little noisy in the evening but that's really to be expected in the city during the summer, but that is a location thing and not a hotel issue.

The room was spacious, comfortable, quiet and clean. We did enjoy a hot breakfast in the morning. Coffee was ready for us when we got there. We were close to Van Andel Arena for the concert. It was a treat for us to stay downtown. Parking was costly but super convenient.

Very disappointed. The hotel was extremely clean but could not get maid service on the second night after three requests. They had no clean towels untill 8PM. The shades would not go down and they would not fix them. Pool and fitness center were not very nice at all. When I asked to change rooms, they told me that I would have the pack up, come down with my luggage, check out and then check back in. Expensive property for what you get. Could have stayed at a less expensive hotel and got better service. The free buffet breakfast was very nice. No restaurant at the hotel, no room service and the bar was a counter by the reception desk.

I liked that there was a bar/ restaurant . I liked that you had a small case with salads and other snack items and drinks . I liked that you had to have your key to enter or exit or use elevator , without it there was not any entrance . Staff was friendly and I liked the noon checkout and breakfast was great and was included in price

Parking is very confusing. And the staff does not help while trying to explain it. You need to add 35 a night for parking if you go there basically. Was not impressed

Made a reservation on line at Hotels.com, chose the pay later option, and never received a text or e-mail, called hotels.com and they could not find the reservation, we went online and made another reservation and this time had to pay, when we showed up at hotel they had two reservations for us and refunded the one we had to pay for and said hotels.com would refund us, which they have not in two times of calling them, stay tuned

The hotel is an excellent choice to visit downtown Grand Rapids. The rooms are nice and clean. Every staff person we encountered was friendly and accommodating.
