Very pleasant stay. No issues.

Great location downtown. Great walkable neighborhood. The beds were so squishy, my back is still hurting. The toilet itself appeared loose and was very squeaky. It didn’t appear to save any water. The shower handheld was mounted too low, so you couldn’t use it as a standard shower. There were no grab bars and the glass shelf for shampoo had sharp edges. The tv had spotty signal, with programs often freezing. I knew the room had “no view” but was literally a brick wall.

Great location. Great rooms but some have a refrigerator and some do not in the room however you can rent a frig if needed. The area we stayed did not have an ice machine but the front desk gave us ice. Easy to walk to many restaurants, bars, shops, all over.

However the biggest issue was at 2:30 am a person in the hotel, started screaming to be let into their room, it was a two hour domestic issue that the hotel did not handle well! Hearing some kick a door for a half hour was unacceptable and uncomfortable!

Parking could be better and easier

Everything was excellent, we had breakfast there which was fantastic! Location is great for the Art Prize weekend away!

Location was great. Bed was comfortable and surroundings were quiet. Staff was friendly and Bar in hotel was nice. Stayed here previously maybe 6 years ago. Towels were very small and not very soft...coffee/tea supply had not been refilled/replenished prior to us getting into the room. Parking could be better-perhaps the hotel could discount the rate? It's the little things...

Have stayed here a few times over the last year and there is never an issue with the room. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Location Rooms were too warm. Air conditioning quiet ,had to move rooms and had service people in and out while trying to get ready for an event. New room had two beds instead of king bed . They did try to make it right but it was a hassle

We stayed here on a weeknight to attend a local concert. Because the elevators were taking forever, we decided to take the stairs. Once the heavy door shut behind us, we were locked in. We tried doors on 5 different levels and all were locked. Banging on the doors yielded nothing, and if there had been an actual fire, we would have been trapped with no escape for over 20 minutes. Luckily I had my phone. I called the front desk and was put on hold immediately. After calling two or three more times, they finally answered. We explained we were trapped in a hot, humid stairwell (which completely ruined my hair!), and they said they’d send help. They never showed up. We were finally rescued because another guest walked by and heard us banging. The staff only called us back 10 minutes after our initial call. This caused us to be late to the concert. The whole reason we got the room was to get to the concert early. You could hear everything in our room anytime a person walked by, even our neighbors flushing their toilet. There was no soundproofing. To make matters worse, we were woken up at 6 AM because the cleaners failed to reset the alarm clock from previous guests. I woke up groggy and wanted coffee, but the coffee maker was disgusting. When we brought these issues up, the employees didn’t care at all and never followed up. A frightening safety hazard and completely unacceptable service.

The hotel was very nice, clean, quiet and the staff was generally friendly. The location was close to the venue of a concert we were there for, however it is all one was streets and very confusing to get around. The check in was not easy, I prepaid for my room on Booking.com prior to arriving, and when I got there I was told the room was not paid for and they wanted to charge my card again even though I showed them my payment details. Once I refused to give them my card, they did some digging and found that I did pay for my room. There is no parking lot to the hotel and you have to park in a parking garage which is outrageously expensive. I was charged $44 for 16 hours of parking. You have to use your key card to operate the elevator, which was not told to me or if it was it was hard to hear because the woman at the desk spoke quietly and the music in the lobby was louder than she was. Another guest there showed us how to operate the elevator and told us that he wasn't told about using the key card either at check-in. There is no breakfast offered and no fridge in the room. The bed itself was ok but the pillows were uncomfortable. I would say that the $211 I paid for the room was not worth it. I have stayed in cheaper more comfortable hotels.
