Everything was wonderful, the only down fall was the hot tub was out of order. The parking situation wasnt the greatest wasnt the greatest but it wasn't horrible. It worked out. The staff was amazing. The room was clean, bathroom was clean. Very spacious. When we called for towels I dont even think we waited 2 mins. They have a restaurant, bar, microwave, little store down stairs. Water fountains and ice on every floor. The gym is decent size. The pool is huge. Very strong smell of (chlorine) they have a sauna in the girls bathroom in the pool bathroom. Very nice. I would stay again

Very bad parking expecially for my handicapped husband not a handicap friendly hotel
-
The beds were not the most comfortable but everything was really clean and kept up on!
-
Garbage in cans outside all overflowing. Rooms not clean in time. Check in was too long, short staffed. Pool down for maintenance. Tried charging for parking when leaving when we were charged to our rooms. Not a good Marriott experience.

Everything N/a

Closeness to the concert venue, bed was comfortable, parking was easy. Staff very friendly and attentive. The wood furniture in the room seemed very dated. You have to be standing in the shower to turn on water and get blasted with cold water until you get it to preferred temp. The shower door doesn't shut all the way, water all over the floor.

Hot tub out of service

Hot tub was out of order. Cleaning staff threw away our items before we even checked out. Breakfast cost over $100. Parking is extremely hard to find. You can hear every song played from the bar across the street all night long.

Loved the location !! We had no body wash in our shower- the bottle was empty. The trash was overflowing in the trash can by the front entrance and blowing across the grass!

The hot tub is out of order they didn't tell us, the parking in this place is abysmal and confusing, and the check-in process was a nightmare from hell, they didn't have any of our room available and clean and they kick you out by 11:00 they have 11 to 4 to clean the rooms, that is a management and HR issue, I doubt I'll ever stay here again....

On the day of my check in (it was a Sunday) there weren't enough rooms available to accommodate all the guests also waiting for to check in. The lobby got pretty crowded, maybe more than three dozen waiting in line just to check in. I think the process took about an hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes before a room was available for me. After the check in process, everything else was fine. It would have been great if I was able to purchase my overnight parking at the same time I booked my room. Parking was another issue, though I was able to find a solution on my own.

Good hotel, good location, nice rooms, but the check-in experience was horrible. We had a one night reservation for a big event in town, and they utterly failed to have rooms clean on time for everyone who was arriving. The hotel was fully sold out and the lobby was full of people waiting in line from 4:00 check-in time until 5:30 or 6:00 for many of us to get our reserved and prepaid rooms. I talked to several other people like us who had stopped in at 2 or 3:00, before the official check-in time, and were told to come back. Not a big deal, we knew we were early. So we went to get something to eat and to come back at 4:00 and be told rooms still weren’t ready, to go get some dinner and come back, was unacceptable. No compensation was offered and there was no lounge available or offered while we waited. I have seen other hotels accept bags, tag them with a room number, and have them delivered to your room when you got back from your event. They did not offer to do this. It was a total mess. Once we got our room everything was fine, but I will look elsewhere before trusting them with a big event again. They are a block away from a concert venue; have they not done this before?
-
location I did not like the fact that the bottles of beer were not openly priced and I was then charged 59 dollars for 3 beers that I ought to take to my room…… ridiculous, sneaky, price gouging…. gross
-
The parking structure is way too small
-
I didn’t have breakfast. The carpets in the hallways seem to be quite worn and the decor seems to be outdated.

Right downtown and easy access to everything! Staff was super nice and friendly. The room had toilet paper stuck in the door and a few small things which made it not feel as clean as I would have liked
