Great room!

Nice location, room and staff
-
Beautiful property. We missed breakfast by 3 minutes but it smelled great. Wish it was available a little later as a night on the town in GR often lasts until 2AM and requires some beauty sleep.

This is a beautiful hotel. We did a suite and it had a good view of the city.

Excellent staff. Beautiful rooms.

Wonderful room and breakfast! Nothing

The room was excellent. Ask for a room above the second floor due to traffic noise.

Great location

First time stay and loved everything. Ease of check in, parking, friendly staff, awesome room, comfy bed, walking distance to Van Andel, good breakfast in the morning! Check out at 11am so didn't feel rushed. The price was pretty high. I know we paid more because of the concert. That is the only complaint. Didn't have any other issues.

Nice facility and close to everything downtown.

back later to check if the room was ready. I understand it was a busy time but the staff member made us feel unwelcome with her tone and body language. Rooms were beautiful and clean! Pool was closed that was another thing that upset me thats why i booked there so kids could swim. Check out was easy and the staff was so friendly and helpful!

We stayed in the suite and it was beautiful, clean and convenient. I loved the fact there was everything I needed to reheat leftovers from the restaurant we visited for dinner. I loved the DASH bus system for travelling to the Amphitheatre for our concert. The breakfast was wonderful and extremely delicious and I was impressed at the variety and choices of food offered. It was listed as a city view when I booked it but it was not a city view. I had a view of the police station building and the heating/cooling system from the rooftops. I paid top dollar for what I thought was going to be a beautiful city view but was disappointed by the fact it was not. I drove my pick up truck and found the parking lot extremely tight to manuever around in and suited more for smaller cars and SUVs. I also booked my room in March and had asked for an early 2:00 check in instead of a 3:00. When I called on June 11th to verify my stay they told me that not only did they not see an early check in request but now I had to call at 8 am on June 13th, my check in day, to see if it was possible. I called at 8 am only to be told that I needed to call back at 12:00 to check again. At 12:00 when I called they told me that they could not fulfill my request and that instead of a 3:00 check in now it was going to be 4:00. I explained that my confirmation said check in was 3:00 not 4:00 and after explaining that I just drove over 2 hours to get here she told me 3:00 was fine and abruptly hung up on me. I paid almost $500 for a city view suite, that I did not get, requested an early check in 3 months in advance, that they had no recollection of and then when checking in they tried to double bill my credit card for a room I already paid for. I had to pull my phone out to verify successful online payment and the manager had to be called. It was extremely frustrating to say the least.

Very clean rooms. Helpful staff. Great location with activities near by. Great breakfast
-
Loved the suite with a table (we always play games). Did not use the kitchen, but it was well stocked. Great location with many restaurants within walking distance or an inexpensive UBER.

Location was perfect . Walking distance to DeVos Center. Parking was convenient. Difficult to figure out where to park for initial check in

Loved our stay and the location was amazing
