Everything was very nice

Loved our visit! Would definitely come to this hotel again if we were ever in Grand Rapids! We also loved how convenient it was to walk to everything we wanted to see to!!

Rooms were very excellent. The outdoor patio seating area was fantastic.

Only issue was the restaurant was closed for a private party. With a big event in town that shouldn’t happen And it’s part of the ammenities we paid for

Would of been 10/10 if the parking was not an extra charge. But they do offer a daily charge with unlimited in and out privileges.

Nice room and convenient in location and with kitchen supplies ready to go. Nice breakfast bar.

The room was clean with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was great and the staff were all super friendly and helpful.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times. It is newer, great breakfast/brunch, rooms are very nice and in close proximity to everything in the downtown area, including Van Andel Arena where we frequent concerts.

I appreciated that there was a bridge directly connecting the hotel and the parking garage. The hotel and its rooms were simple and clean.

It was a very nice property. I will say for the price paid parking should be included. But, that's just my opinion. Another $32 added to an already $300 plus a night is tough.

Nice location, room and staff

Beautiful property. We missed breakfast by 3 minutes but it smelled great. Wish it was available a little later as a night on the town in GR often lasts until 2AM and requires some beauty sleep.

Walked everywhere!

Very clean hotel arrived at night and night staff was so helpful and friendly

Front desk was super friendly and very welcoming. The rooms are well maintained. We will definitely coming back.
