Super clean, friendly staff, great location to walk to the acrisure amphitheater. The outdoor seating where you could eat your breakfast was a great addition :) Nothing

The room was so neat and clean. The king bed was supportive and comfy. Great view of the city from the 9th floor. Hotel very close to restaurants and places to visit. It took a little bit to navigate the ground floor to the street and the next level up for the lobby & sky walk but learned quickly.

The lobby is on the second floor. Very convenient parking across the street. Wish the restroom wasn't facing the bed. Otherwise, great suit. Had everything you would need as if staying at a rental. Kitchen with pretty much everything you need to prepare meals. Convenient location close to a riverwalk and restaurants with vegan options. Quiet area. Felt safe.

Great location in very walkable downtown! Room 308 was spacious. Man at front desk (two tone hair) was pleasant, personable and engaging. Spinach quiche on breakfast buffet was surprisingly good. Buffet area had comfortable seating. Bed linens were good quality. I called the hotel on Saturday prior to arrival asking for the pullout sofa to be made up. The female front office person said we don’t offer that service. Additionally, we learned housekeeping would be done once during our 4 day stay. Upon entering property, I missed the black sign directing guests to go upstairs to front desk. Walked into restaurant and the first thing I saw was a neon sign that said “Please don’t do coke in the bathroom “. What?!? The kind server who directed me back to elevator said, when I asked about it, “Well, you are in downtown Grand Rapids and have you seen the inside of the bathroom?” A spill on the stairs at ground floor exit remained for 2 days.

The location was excellent! The staff was extremely kind and courteous. The leaking faucet in our bathroom that made an inch high puddle in our bathroom that I stepped into in the middle of the night. The continental breakfast was sub par.

The suite was spacious and had everything you would need for an extended stay. Clean, new and comfortable. Easy to navigate the property. Would definitely stay again. Close to the amphitheater and van andle arena. Walking distance.
