This hotel is awesome!! Great location --yes. Great rooms--yes! Comfortable bed--yes!! Friendly staff--yes!! Free drinks and food --hell yeah!! What a great place- highly recommend!! Will be staying again next Summer for another show at Acrisure!!

We loved this hotel. We only had one night in Grand Rapids before heading home and this was the perfect place. Spotless, big rooms, walking distance to everything, and parking available if needed. Couldn’t ask for more.

Great hotel and great location in downtown Grand Rapids. Walked to our concert venue which was close by.

Our two bedroom suite was spacious and had everything we needed for four people. There was great water pressure in the shower. The bedrooms were so incredibly quiet, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The sitting area was a relaxing, pleasant space for us all to meet up Even though we did not use the kitchen, it had everything that anyone would need to prepare a meal. The staff were very helpful, and the location was excellent to explore the city. The coffee seemed like someone had forgotten to put in new grounds before brewing it. It had no taste, and there was no one around to ask if there may be a stronger pot elsewhere. (It WAS at the end of breakfast, so it's understandable that the breakfast team were possibly cleaning up in the back). Luckily, there were at least three great coffee shops within a five minute walk.

Excellent ammenities in this hotel! The room was clean, breakfast was a nice bonus, staff were very friendly! The location was perfect walking distance to the Acrisure Ampetheater, coffee shops, and restaurants. We walked everywhere! I highly recommend this hotel! Paying for parking

The room had amenities I wasnt aware of. Excellent! It would be great if there was a shuttle to locations close but to far to walk if your handicapped.

Rooms were so cozy and spacious. The area where the hotel is has so many fun spots super close by making it easy to find something to do without having to pay extra for transportation

Very nice room, great location. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was nothing special. I wish there was more fresh fruit, cheese, local foods. No waffles or pancakes, cheapest honey, lower quality, low cost items. For a room that costs about $300 a night, it could be a bit nicer.

A very pleasant stay for a day. Was even offered an early check in to help out on our travel. Definitely recommend this hotel. Breakfast was good . Loved our stay.

My sister and I stayed in the suite which gave us plenty of room. The beds were comfortable. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the room nor did we spend much time in the hotel, but from what we observed, we would definitely stay here again.
