took us a long time to figure out the A/C but other than that it was great

Prentiss was amazing when we checked in. Very friendly and helpful. Great location, great breakfast, great staff. We would definitely stay there again.
-
Loved everything about the stay! Our only disappointment was not being able to sit on the rooftop. The bartender takes Sundays off so it was closed on our night. We did specifically choose that hotel for that ability but weren’t aware it was closed until arrival.
-
Everything was good The television service was unreliable in that certain channels did disappear
-
Clean room, easy street parking, good breakfast.
-
The hard part was the Pride event was taking place. It was hard to get to the hotel parking lot. It took us about 4x to finally park. Lol.

Was in town for my Indian Tribe Gathering for Missing and Murdered Indigenous People and this hotel treated us like royalty. They were so interested in the MMIP 2026 March for Awareness we were doing. Asked about our Ribbon skirts we were wearing , great people. We will be back to stay next year as well. Thank you for the hospitality!!!

Great location, very clean, nice sized rooms. Would stay here again!

location was great. Staff were helpful. It was attached to the testing center where I was taking my exam. It would have been nice if there were stores that were open a little later around the hotel. Everything was closed at 9 pm.

We stayed in a 2 bed / 2 bath with a kitchen, living room, dining table, and the city view. Aside from creaky floors, it's a fantastic unit! Plenty of space for the 4 of us. The staff members we encountered were absolutely wonderful. The free breakfast was also great! Sausage, Eggs, Bagels, etc....not to mention awesome coffee at the ready 24/7! The other thing I thing I appreciated was that even though we had to prepay for parking ($38/night), we were able to come and go using our hotel key card, so we were not charged extra every time we left and came back. The only downside this year was that the bar on the 2nd floor, Lew's on Two, was closed the entire time we were there, but the rooftop bar was open, which was great. I highly recommend this place!

The breakfast was wonderful with great options. Loved the pool time we had. Parking was perfect! Easy in and out. The only issue was squeaky floors but no biggie. .l

Great Hotel! Awesome location in an old downtown building! Didn’t grab breakfast, but it looked amazing! Huge King Size rooms! Would still here again in a heartbeat!
-
Location and the breakfast. The fact that after paying for a room, I had to pay $40.00 a night for parking. Your hotel is not a resort!! Also, please invest in some decent pillows. My neck hurt every morning that I woke. The blower for the AC was loud and there was no way to shut it off!! I even asked management and they couldn’t help!! I was exhausted from lack of sleep!! I understood that the building was older and that’s one of the reasons that I chose it, but please do something about the noise in the HVAC

Staff was amazing. Breakfast bar was out of sugar free syrup. Staff tried contacting local store to see if they had any. Way above and beyond. All staff members kind and welcoming — genuinely invested in making sure visitors were happy. Staff also contacted us by email on check in. Property really nice too!!!! Great location for conference attended across the way.

Great hotel in a really good location
-
The property is within walking distance of many events, food, and walking paths. Very modern inside... a great experience!
-
Everything was great. The only issue is if you want to eat after 9pm, the connecting restaurant closes at 9 every night. Room, pool and property were clean, staff very friendly and helpful. We had everything we needed. The rooftop bar/patio was a very nice bonus.

Location Difficult to gain access , poor updates . Tiny pool
