We had the king suite city view- very cute place, clean, great staff and incredible location. We used it as home base for Art Prize and it was perfect.

Staff were not very helpful with checkin—specifically the parking keycards were not explained in enough detail, then on checkout didn’t work 2x and there were other issues with the keycards and the elevators not working and had to get replacement cards. The breakfast was flabby/withered looking (have stayed at other Hilton’s with similar style, but this was institutional/bad hospital grade in appearance.) However, dining area was very clean and well stocked, and the staff were on-task and bustling. Just really low quality items. Hotel clientele were mostly early-mid20s and running around in stained PJs hungover and at night until 2-3am loud/noisy slamming in and out of their suite doors. Won’t be staying during any kind of festival or event in the future, I really should have known better.

We usually stay across the street, but glad we went with this one for our stay this time. It was so nice & comfortable!

The room was lovely! Hotel is in an old building and with a brick wall when you enter, and original hardwood floors. The room felt like an apartment.

The air conditioner in our room sounded like an army helicopter landing next to us. Very loud !!!
