Amway Grand Plaza, Curio Collection by Hilton

We didn’t eat breakfast there. Was it included with the room? If so we were not told that was the case. Hilton rewards is confusing and I was told I was getting rewards for staying but it doesn’t look like I received any!

Beautiful facilities No place in bathroom to put vanities etc. Need more counter space around sink. Also walls are pretty thin. Can hear convo in room next door pretty easil

The staff was so accommodating. When I got to my room, within. 10 minutes, i got a text from the fro t desk aski g if my room qas okay. I said I was disappointed because it was on the lowest floor right next to a busy, loud road. I was told to come back down and in less that 15 minutes I was moved to a great room, on a higher floor, away from any noise. Fantastic customer service. Can't think of anything. It was perfect.

Beautiful hotel. We attended a wedding reception there. It was lovely and the staff were kind and helpful. Our room was on the 11th floor. It was on the small side, but the bed and pillows were comfortable.

For the amount of money you pay to stay for a place like this not having a microwave in the rooms but a mini fridge is inconvenient when you bring leftovers back with you. Bathroom door was a sliding and super heavy to move and had mold in bathroom shower. Was disappointed for what I paid, was not worth it

It's a beautiful hotel. Our air conditioning wasn't working and we asked twice for someone to fix it and were told someone was coming and they never showed up. Disappointing as we stayed in August and it was very hot.

Food the people, the service was great love it, that why I been there 4times The time that everything open...to late

Great location to Acrisure Amphitheater. Wait time arriving due to car backup. Unfortunately, no food available at hotel late night.

It was a very pretty hotel with great views The rooms are small and the beds are terrible quality

Room was nice, clean, comfortable, and had a great view of the river. My daughter enjoyed the pool and hot tub, both were very nice. Only complaint was the noisy AC fan in the room.

The room had a contact lense in the shower when we arrived so I didn’t trust how clean the room was, there were MULTIPLE bandaids in the pool that weren’t removed by staff (because there weren’t people coming to check the actual pool), we ordered pillows to the room that never arrived. We were expecting way more for the price we paid.
