The facilities were clean, and everything was in working order. The room was comfortable and homely.

The good: the bedding seemed to have been laundered and we were able to sleep here safely. The bad: there is no front desk, so you check in with an assigned key code, and the exterior door audibly announced the room number, which seemed vaguely unsafe; there were stairs required for access to every room, which made maneuvering our infant's stroller and luggage very difficult; there was no fan in the bathroom, which was unpleasant; the cable TV didn't work; the mattresses were extremely hard and more closely resembled box springs than mattresses; the sink was too small to fill up the Keurig's water dispenser; the AC was very noisy and the thermostat wasn't accurate; and there was a request from management that we take out the trash at the end of the stay, which was just obnoxious.

It was very upsetting because someone came into my room at 2 am. Why did someone else have the code for my room??!!
-
Fair and inexperienced.
-
Some stranger was able to get into our room by trying a bunch of different 4-digit codes until he hit the jackpot! Did not feel safe after that AT ALL!! No staff on site and the management didn’t even file a police report!
-
Unfortunately we dont have excellent experience with this place. Dont recommended anyone get this hotel you lose your money and its screw you over. Cant get the room same day.

The room was ok however we left at 2:30 am because some woman entered the room with the code that we had banged on door forced it open when we were sleeping at 1:50 am she came inside and my husband yelled at her heyyyyy and she ran out she the code because we heard her put it in 2 times and then we looked out the window and got in a white car and took off fast we immediately called the FD left a message and checked out at 2:15 am wasn’t pleasant my husband had a asma atack due to the scare we were scared and as a federal agent that i am and carry and had my badge i didnt have time to confront this woman in our room she even knew where the light was and turned it on i will never stay here its not safe

My new favorite place to stay.
-
Great location. Air conditioner doesn’t work at all making it miserable. No response when I informed staff. TV doesn’t connect without logging in to private app.

It was incredible. The rooms are beautiful, the ceilings are like vaulted. It's gorgeous period you also have your own Kureig. The owner and manager are incredible, very friendly and always attentive. The biggest Feature that I love about this hotel is thatthe building is secure. THE front doors are secure as well as the room doors. My safety is guaranteed. Its perfect, cozy, family friendly, and animal friendly.

-
Easy to access centrally located hotel. VERY quiet and cool in the summer. A good value.

Tried to check in early and they wanted to charge extra., no lobby to wait on for check in time... No reception... Had to call a number they posted on the door.... A/c sucked and got really hot in the evening while sleeping. Check out was at 10 am and not 11 like other hotels...

Property has no front desk and only has self check in when the time came to check in I couldn’t reach anyone from the property and could never check into my reservation

When I arrived at the property around 11pm, nobody was onsite. When I got to my "room" it was filled with broken bed frames and extra mattresses. I immediately called the after hours line and nobody answered. Slept in my rental car at the airport. Do not give this establishment your money.
