- shower is fixed and water stream is weak. Not able to wash body completely. Recommend shower handle with hose! Need to upgrade the shower spout. - Breakfast area is weird. Has to order food at the counter window like a drive thru. Need breakfast- restaurant area improvement. Check in counter serves also the cashier counter? This is poor service.

I wish a complimentary breakfast would be included with a 2 or more night stay.

Mattress was very comfortable. Room was quiet. Location was convenient to our real destination - Resch Center. The value for the room felt worth it. HVAC worked very well. Room was cold when we checked in. Raised temp and it was fine in a very short while. The shower did not seem to have a warm setting. The water was either near scalding hot or freezing cold. Neither my wife nor I could find the "warm" sweet spot on the temperature control lever. Big tear in the wallpaper/plaster on one wall. First thing you notice upon entering the sleeping area. Bad first impression.

Room 205 was nice. Two repairs needed soon. Black mold in the shower and ceiling wall paper has large unglued crack

The top portion of the hot tub, above the tiles (the cement portion) appeared to have some black mold?

Great price and updated Although new, there was some wear in the room

Large room, convenient layout and amenities. Comfortable bed and great shower with nice products.

The entire atmosphere is classy and it even smelled amazing!! Fresh and clean Nothing

I really enjoyed this hotel. The staff were great and helpful and the property was nice and clean. They do not have a full restaurant, but there are plenty of restaurant options that are close by. I would come back again the next time I visit the area

The hotel is always inviting and clean when we visit. The gentleman at the front desk upon check-in was top notch. We enjoyed the bar, pool, hot tub, and fitness center as well. Aloft has it all!

Amazing hotel

It was a nice place. The staff was awesome, and very friendly. Room was clean, and in good shape.

Comfortable bed. Poor shower lighting. Windows not clean. Main level areas = Hallway floors not clean. Lots of glass requires cleaning. Elevators, too. Liked the hot tub but the pool area was cluttered...hoses laying about in the walking areas making for trip hazard. Fitness room thumbs-up!

Room was spacious and clean, check in process was easy. We loved that the pool was open 24/7
