Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Green Bay, WI

The location was perfect for our activities while in the area. Breakfast was typical fare for a hotel. Since supplies were missing (cups, forks, etc), so I had to ask for them. The hot water for tea was not hot.

It was conveniently located. The room was comfortable. Everything was very good.

Upon walking into the room, there was a deodorizing machine as well as deodorizing powder sprinkled all over the carpet and on the furniture. There was mold on our bathroom ceiling, dog hair all over the furniture, including in the dresser drawers and overall just didn’t feel clean. The hot tub was also empty.

Sheets on bed had a black stain, walls all marked up, hallways needed a vacuum, strong citrus smell in hall / room. Just not very clean. Made me feel gross. Not very clean

It was clean The pool was very chlorinated!

Everything Nothing

Clean room but older property. Staff friendly. Easy check-in & out.

Room was not "sparkling"but we hav found tht to b typical wen taking a pet; green space was large&convenient. STAFF was VERY RESPONSIVE to any concerns;&had things fixed in < 10 mins...Shout out esp. to-Dawn th Asst.Mgr;&th Head of Housekeeping. HOT Tub&POOL hrs. were better thn most. Breakfast offered most of th standards&a bit extra.

Also Saturday night had some very loud patrons wake the floor up at 2;45 am

The room had a bad smell to it and is in desperate need of new carpeting. There was a large, damp, white stain extending out from the dresser that we did not notice until after our daughter fell asleep and we were getting into bed ourselves. There was never anyone at the front desk to talk to. The hot tub smelled like Sulphur so I did not go in it but the pool was okay. Pool room was very dark because several lights were out on the ceiling. The free breakfast was the only good thing about this stay. I wish we had noticed the ick of the room before settling in for the night so we could have at least asked to move rooms. Wouldn't stay here again unless they remodeled.

Great place clean quiet and has a good breakfast

First room had food on the floor and dirty sheets. Second room was ok.

Location was perfect it is in the area I like to stay No internet available. Staff informed me they have trouble connecting to the internet. The garbage cans at the doors were over flowing with garbage. Bedroom floor carpet is old nd stained.

Clean room. Very quiet.

my flight was diverted to Green Bay. The front desk staff gentleman was excellent and kind. Quiet sleep for the night.
