The staff were very kind as well as housekeeping if you could find one who spoke English. . We stayed 7 nights. So much construction couldn’t go by water. Our side of bridge was closed unless crossed the street which really sucked. Windows so small you only see a view if you stand by the window. Lots of homeless all down the boardwalk sleeping everyday when I walked every morning and at night. One elevator didn’t work til the last two nights we were there . One morning none worked so we had to walk 5 flights which is 10 flights on 5th floor with my 81 year old mom. Leak from sealing the whole while. The halls were like 110 degrees. Way over priced and still had to pay for daily parking. I’ve been to way more nicer places for less and free parking. Would not recommend at all. Breakfast was fine. You better hope you get a room that when you open the curtain there’s not a brick building one foot away like the hallway . I couldn’t imagine staying in a room like that.

As with any hotel, I pulled up next to the entry just long enough to check in and load the luggage cart. However, immediately after entering the lobby the front desk clerk berated me for parking where I did. I explained it was just to check in, but that wasn't good enough for her. She told me to move it I was blocking guests (there was no one around and room enough for at least 3 cars). I said again I was just checking in and she responded she would, "Let me," just long enough to load the luggage cart. She then had the gall to ask about our marital status! I would have left then, but we had prepaid through a 3rd party and I was concerned about getting a refund. Never again!

Decent hotel for the price and great location. Rooms by the road can be noisy but it didn't affect our sleep. Nothing bad to say other than the noise from the road. Would

People friendly, rooms clean, bed comfortable and accommodating. I would use this hotel again!

One elevator not working. Ice machine on our floor broken. AC in room old and loud and smelled. Wasn’t told about construction that blocked some access to river front. Entrance to hotel not clear. It’s inside covered parking.

Everything was good, little disturbance at night by vehicle noise.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is extremely outdated and dirty. The staff is really friendly and does a great job.

Not too impressed. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke. Did not bother to complain.

Secondly, everything is clean, and well maintained. Breakfast was okay. Nothing that is a wow, but gets the job done. Area is safe. Parking is good. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

    Helpful staff.

The location of this hotel is GREAT! Right on the riverfront - close to walking paths along the water, restaurants, bars and shopping. Our room was spacious and quiet with updated amenities. The front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful with recomendations were to walk and eat. Easy parking and access to roads leading in and out of Green Bay.

Check in was quick and easy. The desk clerk automatically provided me with a list of local restaurants. Breakfast was good and plentiful. There is a charge for onsite parking, but it is in a covered structure.

The room could use some attention. The bathroom was clean but needed some repairs to shelving.

I understand that the date we showed up the sewer lines were being replaced and the bridge was closed for maintenance. Not the hotels fault. The staff was nice, the room was cleaned but walking down the stairs for breakfast, the smell of urine was strong. We've never been to Green Bay before and I didn't realize how strong a smell the algae bloom was, but wow! It was in the hallways, the front desk and even the elevator. Other than the stairwell, I understand that most of this is out of the hotel's control, but I was grateful we were only staying one evening.

The hotel itself is very nice. Although it can be noisy as ball teams, etc, stay there frequently. But parking is HORRIBLE. First of all the entry door is poorly marked. So you wander around for a bit to find it. Worse though, is that it's near the convention center. So, the parking gets mixed up with the convention centers parking. We had to pay a fine because we accidentally parked in convention center parking spot. This is very poorly marked - especially at night (which is when we returned).

I don’t recommend this place.Run away.we had a terrible experience, the staff were not friendly and the supervisor was rude and out of line. I made a reservation through hotels.com but when I arrived at the hotel they changed us again and when I asked the supervisor to fix it she got mad and started yelling at us and didn’t resolve the issue. Had to call hotels.com costumer service to call the Hampton to issue the refund she still couldn’t comprehend and resolved the issue.the supervisor instead of taking care of the customer gave us issues and attitude for the problem that she created.this place doesn’t worth the money and we didn’t feel comfortable staying there.RUN from this location if you want comfort and peace during your stay

Nice pool, no hot tub. Room was clean and staff was courteous. Great location to walk to the big farmers market and listen to live music and shop and eat on Wednesday night from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.

Close to downtown. The sofa would have been nice to sit on but it was worn and kind of dirty actually. Everything else was clean and comfortable. The beds and bathroom were great! Well lit clean bathroom with a roomy shower. Plenty of towels. Blackout drapes were a plus. Construction made it hard to navigate to the property. Parking garage was kind of chaotic. Check in person was on the surly side. Old dusty smelling carpeting. Older sofa furniture that was kind of worn . Room not stocked well with essentials like hand soap, extra toilet paper and cups for brushing teeth. Had to change rooms because the first room smelled really stuffy and dusty.
