Quality Inn & Suites Green Bay Downtown

We had a wonderful time at this hotel and will most definitely be returning! It is an older hotel but it is well maintained and you can definitely tell there have been updates to the property. They had a helpful list of nearby restaurants, which we took advantage of, and enjoyed some great places that we normally wouldn't have gone. The pool was a refreshing place for our kids to play in after a long, hot day outside! Our room was right outside the pool which got a little noisy at night, but we didn't mind. Our boys loved that we could walk right out of our room and into the pool. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety, and there was a helpful staff member there every morning making sure everything was running smoothly and keeping the food stocked. Overall it was a great family hotel and we are already planning our next weekend getaway here!

Nothing special but solid all around. Would stay again. Breakfast was pretty standard issue but above average for this price range.

Facility is old. Trash outside the building weren’t pick up. The map is so confusing. Water was coming to the room at heavy raining.

The hotel itself felt dirty and poorly maintained. Paint was peeling off the bathroom walls, the bathtub was cracked, and the bathroom sink would not drain properly. The rooms looked nothing like the photos or description provided online. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and we would not stay here again due to the cleanliness, maintenance issues, and lack of safety.

The room and sheets were clean, mattress was steady with no dips. There is a few touch up that should be done like a falling off drywall or mud in the corner of the bathroom. Staff were friendly and tried to be helpful as much as possible. Overall, I would rate it a 7.5 out of 10 for a couple.

Great staff, pool, hot tub, breakfast.....all around excellence! This will be our go-to place to stay in Green Bay from now on!

Good stay

The location from where we had the event was less than 15 min. The room was outdated. Paint chipped in bath tub. Room service only replaced missing towels and garbage nothing else was done..(ex. Beds) no privacy from rm and pool area visitors/noise.

Sink was visibly clogged with good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Pool and hot tub could have been cleaner. Otherwise staying here for Meyer Theater events is perfect. Lots to do in walking distance. THANKYOU

Room was nice and comfortable. Beds and pillows were nice and comfy. Toilet had some rough worn spots. Tub/shower missing pieces from the shell. Soap was very drying to our skin.
