Quality Inn & Suites Green Bay Downtown

Super family friendly. We stayed in a room across from the pool & it was so great. Hot tub & pool were awesome, staff is very friendly, rooms are comfortable and breakfast is ok. Great location & free parking.

The pool was so congested with children, even late into the night. Adults were not given time to relax in the pool/hot tub.

Front office staff service was excellent

The place was ok really needs a good cleaning inside and out. Curtains were dirty and ripped, couldn't see out windows due to not being not clean and staff was never by desk....

Room was clean but needs updates. Bed was comfortable. Shower was hot with good pressure. Pool area was great! It had a large pool, a small pool for young kids and a hot tub! Staff was knowledgeable about the area and the attractions and the activities- which was very helpful to me. Breakfast was good- nice way to start the day! The front parking was small but the back parking lot had more than enough room for the vehicles. No complaints from me.

I think if I had to sum the property up, it just needs some love and pride. I know things are expensive, but it has to be welcoming as well. Paint on the bathroom floors. Beds were comfy and clean. Nicely made. The continental breakfast needs to be put together more. Not an area here, another food area here. All in same area.

Very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful

Staff was amazing from check in, housekeeping, and the breakfast attendant. Pool was great especially with littles with a separate pool that is 1ft - 1.5 ft deep. Adding this to our list of places to stay when we come up to Green Bay during the season. We don’t make it to the game room as the kids were occupied with the pool. Great place.

This place is a joke! Our room was cleaned after asking not to have it done unless one of us who was staying in the room was there. Came back to the room being clean "which was nice" until my father seen his medicine was missing!He has cancer along with many of other health insurance We reported it right away and called the cops The manager wouldn't come in to help us said she'll deal with it the next morning remind you he needed it that next morning!So my father and I had to cancel our fishing charter that we spent lots of money on for him to drive over 5 hours to get medicine and couldnt get a refund for since the notice was not 24hrs I went down to talk to them that morning and the person at the front desk said he knew nothing of it so he had to go look for the reported.Cop said the front desk said our room was not to ne cleaned and had no names on the check list to the next morning there were names! They said the people wouldn't do such things! I ended up talking to a different man who said he ran the places and he pretty much laughed in my face saying these people don't eat meant so they didn't do it He wouldnt even let me talk to them because they don't speak English and he would have to translate and i would know what they were actually saying! When I asked for someone above him he told me he owned it and no he didn't! He walk away speaking his own language We left with 1 night left out of our 5 nights without a sorry, refund or holding who was in the room responsible

More than what we thought Nothing

It’s was okay a little further than we expected and the breakfast was okay needs improvement

Room wasn’t ready until 1 hour and 40 min after check out. Get to the room and it ISN’T EVEN TOUCHED. So she sprays Lysol and changes the pillow covers and tells us that’s all she can do…. Place is so dirty. Not sure if they used AI or what but it’s not at all what the pictures are. Pool area is so hot, only open strange hours .. can’t go in the morning, stage. Never again
