Our room was really nice overall and the concrete walls didn't allow any noise to go through! The carpet in the room however has seen better days and was lifting in a bunch of spots and had needed to be re stretched. The elevator was a big bottleneck for the trip. They have 4 of them but they go so slow that anyone who used them, would be waiting for 20-30 minutes. I asked the staff where the stairs are and she said they were more of a pain to get to and use than anything. We ate at the restaurant and it was a big wait and the food was just okay. It was very bland and some of it was cold. I do not think they had enough staff for the restaurant although it wasn't very busy. Overall, I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

My husband and our two dogs loved our stay here! The staff truly were a highlight of the stay, as they were the kindest hotel staff we have ever encountered. 10/10 recommend.

Very nice Much nicer hotel than what the price would indicate. Big room. Nice comfy bed. Close to restaurants. Very friendly staff. Safe parking.

Balcony is just a sliding glass door with now outside sitting area. The app seems to show a couch bed that appears to be in a separate room than the king bed, it isn’t. The staff always most friendly and helpful, so no qualms there.

In-room fan/AC was a bit noisy but otherwise a phenomenal stay! We will be back

Our boys loved the pool and everything seemed very clean and well maintained!

Very comfortable stay, we had no issues.

Other than numerous small children running and screaming until 9PM, our stay was very pleasant.

Atmosphere Hear would not work

I loved the room layout, the lobby, pool/hot tub area. The beds were a little too firm and the food prices weren't quite equal.

So I already reported this to the staff but upon my arrival to my room I noticed it was dusty. I figured with a big hotel like this rooms may sit unused for some time. I am not familiar with the area because I am a visitor from Chicago so that is an assumption. I was a property manager and my job was to inspect properties. I always do an inspection of the rooms before I settle in and wipe everything down. So as I wipe down the night stand I found it to be quite dusty and I also found hair and a contact as I wiped down the top. There are two additional shelves which were also dusty. Upon further inspection I found a layer of dust throughout the room. I away bring wipes when I travel so I wiped down the area we were using like the counter and other things. I spoke to the front desk attendant and gave him a heads up of my findings and was told the housekeeper were gone for the night. I wasn’t looking for them to come up that late anyway so he advised me to come down in the morning to report it to the front desk manager but once I reported to him I felt like it was his responsibility to address it with his supervisor. I also put 4 people on the reservation and we only had 2 sets of towels and I believe if I put in a reservation it should be the right amount of towels for the amount of people that will be in the room for that visit. Besides all of that I would stay at this location again and as always I will make sure I have my wipes.

$12 per day for guest parking is a little ridiculous for Green Bay, though they get you to sign up for the rewards program to get that fee waived. A continental breakfast would have been nice, but they do have a restaurant downstairs. Overall , the staff was friendly and helpful, but the stay was pretty average.
