Note that there’s a daily charge to park your car - a pet peeve of mine.

Very nice. Highly recommend. The did, however, forget to replenish all amenities.

Clean room and great amenities pool was great size and the steam room/sauna actually did work. Kid friendly and business friendly.

Some more outside seating would be nice

They let us check in early. Front desk staff was great!

The staff were all super helpful with any and all questions we had. The kids loved being on the 7th floor and having a nice view of the lobby. The swimming pool, saunas, and workout room were all great and our whole family enjoyed the spaciousness of our room. Great place - would definitely stay again!

Staff was awesome. Room was a bit dated, not the cleanest, but it was worth the money.

Very clean and inviting place to stay! Since we were there on a weekend so we opted to park at the parking garage across the street as it is free on weekends and could just walk across on the covered walkway right into the hotel. Room was clean and very nice. Spacious for our family of 5 to stay in. There is no free breakfast but options to purchase items if needed at the market. It would be easy enough to buy food and heat up in microwave in room also. No complaints. We really enjoyed our stay. Looking forward to the next time we can go back.

The staff are very helpful

The staff was especially helpful and pleasant. The parking lot got full our first night but they allow parking at the ramp next door with a skybridge. This hotel is walking distance to the river front where there was live music. We were very happy and comfortable with this property!

Plaster in around shower needs repair

Overall it was a good stay, didn’t like the paid parking lot. The pool was okay.

Was not a fan of the fake balcony. I understand the ability to open the doors is nice but to have it look gated isn’t a good look and very uncomfortable with children. I’d almost rather a big window bay instead of what looks like a balcony

Good location and the room was huge. Bathroom was small.
