Hotel Northland, Autograph Collection

This hotel was nice however we picked this hotel despite it not having a pool because it had games, like shuffle board, a pool table, etc. for guests. No where is it mentioned that these games aren’t in a general area and in fact if the hotel has a wedding reception, the games area known as the “Alley” is off limits to hotel guests because it’s in the reception area. How disappointing. If we had known that we would have stayed elsewhere.

I booked a room. Had to cancel an hour later bc my flight was rerouted and no longer needed to stay in GB. And they refused to honor a return, even though I canceled 1 hr after I booked. Bad business. No wonder they are going through financial difficulties. Terrible customer service.

Enjoyed our overnight after a full day of biking in the area.

This was my second time staying at the Hotel Northland- the hotel is beautiful, I love that they restored this beautiful historic building!

It was a wonderful experience.

The room was paid for three people but the bed could only fit two people. Had to set up a space to sleep on the loveseat. Definitely doesn’t live up to its reviews. Mediocre at best

Wonderful historic hotel in the heart of downtown Green Bay. Very spacious, well-appointed rooms ,with a separate sitting area. Beautifully tiled bathrooms.

We loved the hotel room and the property. We ate at the hotel restaurant where the service was slow and careless. The food was mediocre.
