Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Green Bay

Broken chair, loud bathroom, dirty walls and doors, outdated kitchen, terrible smell, dirty floor, dirty refrigerator. Male Staff member was very nice and kind.

Older motel about what you would get foe the price.

Property is run down and in need of a face lift. Room smelled musty and there were multiple spiders in the room.

This place could use a deep clean of EVERYTHING. I was nervous using any of the kitchen stuff or the stove, absolutely filthy and disgusting. I actually went to Target and bought my own to use. If my kids would have been along I would not have stayed.

Breakfast was ok. Room smelled like stale smoke. Person below us was smoking in and around room. Early check in is pointless as was unable to check in at 8 am on app, 3:30 at hotel unable to check in BUT 11:30 pm after the concert was ok. At that point why complain about room when I'm tired.

Also we looked forward to using the pool or even the hot tub but unfortunately they filled it the day we left - would have been nice to know when we booked it that neither were available. Also there appeared to be several cars that had been there for awhile - had flat tires so not sure what was going on there.

Location was nice. The room was not clean at all. We had to literally go to the store by cleaning supplies and clean the room. We did take photos and was told by staffing that housekeeping was unavailable and that they had took over the hotel 2 months ago and had not went through and cleaned rooms nor inspected them. Was told to contact booking.com for my refund as the hotel was unable to do it because I booked with a third party.

This was the worst hotel stay we have ever had. Check in was fine but the suite was severely neglected. The room had an odor, the floors were sticky, there was black mold on the ceilings, there were cobwebs everywhere, the smoke detector was sitting on the bathroom sink with the battery out of it, there was a large white mystery stain on the curtains, the tv did not work, and, to top it off we found a bedbug. We booked this hotel because they accepted dogs, but luckily we did not end up bringing our dog on this trip because we would not have wanted him laying on that hotel room floor, it was that bad!

Worst hotel I’ve stayed in. The lady working the desk was so nice and accommodating. The first room we went into didn’t have sheets or blankets on the beds. The front desk lady was so nice and switched us to a new room right away. The second room we were in was the grossest room we have ever been in. Broken drawers, mold, stunk like musty cigarettes and dogs. We were going to open the windows to air it out for a bit all the screens were ripped with big holes, or there were no screens. The carpet was so gross we wouldn’t take off our shoes. We called the desk again and the nice lady moved us a second time. The third room was cleaner than the last 2. There was a Murphy bed for one of the beds, there were no extra blankets in the room for it. Just 2 top sheets. So we had to go back to the office to get a blanket for the bed. While we were staying here is was 80 degrees both days. The air conditioning in our room wasn’t working. By the time we checked out it was 77 in the lower part and over 80 upstairs. I would not recommend this place to stay and will never be returning.

Property need renovations ,Staff was nice and helpful.Needed better cleaning.

Room was big Beds are hard. No windows to open, had a kitchen with no silverware, patio door with no screen, bathroom is small. Called to have thermostat fixed as it went out the first night here and no one fixed it. TV remote did not connect to the TV and asked for assistance on that and no help. 1 lamp in room, otherwise just over head in kitchen and bathroom to use. Small garbage cans in kitchen and bathroom not big enough to hold anything but a couple plates.

-tub not in working order -microwave dirty -coffee pot dirty -only decaf coffee -dirty carpet -lights on kitchen not fully functional -TV not working -Toilet leaking and refilling continuously -spiders in the bathroom -Room smells of marijuana, most likely from the staff below our stairwell smoking -lamps were all unplugged and sparked when we plugged them in -no pool or whirlpool as advertised When we checked out, the manager apologized and told us to start a refund process through Booking and that he would approve it. Booking has notified us they are waiting on the manager of the hotel to respond.

The sink was clogged so couldnt use. The bathroom fan was si loud and distracting. Not worth the high cost. And the pool was closed. Will not return or recommend

Stove, refrigerator, pots, pans, dishes, layout of the room and beds, and sofa sleepers. Staff hospitable and courteous. Floors were filthy, oven very dirty, sofa bed mechanisms were broken, water leaking through outer walls by the baseboards after rains, animal hair on the furniture, food and dog treats under the refrigerator. Housekeers not given enough time to clean.

Room ws clean. Had shampoo, bodywash available which was a big plus considering i forgot mine. Was quiet, when needed something someone was available. This is oyr 3rd stay abd will sray again.

Parking lot not plowed and could barely get into our room. Had to switch hotels as i was having a knee replacement done and I would not be able to get to our room with a walker.

Was like an apartment, wasn’t clean to standard.

Awesome staff, “tired” property. Could benefit from some TLC.
