The rest of the stay was substandard. We stayed for nights and it wasn’t until the third night that we had our room cleaned and new sheets. They seem to be minimally, staffed and organized.

The rooms ACs were not cold enough. All the same the stay was good

One microwave for the entire hotel was not enough. It is also quite a walk to the train or you need to take a bus that doesn’t run on the weekends and doesn’t run as late as the train does.

The front desk person was amazing. I got to the property early this morning and she was really nice. The room looked and smelled good. Very happy experience.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms come with small refrigerators, but the microwave and ice was on the first floor only. There also is a small shop to pickup forgotten necessities, although it’s a bit pricey. Overall, I had a favorable experience.

This hotel could be much better, the maids left trash, towels, and sheets in the hallways late into the afternoon. The hotel pool was abandoned and not maintained. There was frequently trash all over the parking lot. The first room I was given was hot and humid and the a/c was broken. The front desk clerk was helpful in quickly providing another room, however the staff should know the status of a room that they are assigning to a guest. Housekeeping was spotty with the trash not always emptied and the coffee service not replaced. I was overall very disappointed.

I recently visited the property which left a positive impression. The place was clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to be welcoming and courteous, making the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish.

Very nice buffet breakfast. Took your beverage order snd cleared your plate. Friendly service. Need to get some fluffy pillows. Refurbished bathrooms.

Amazing hotel ,easy check in, staff were nice and helpful

I really appreciate the way the staff made our 51st anniversary so special. Everyone was so helpful. My only criticism is, on the web site it said they had a shuttle to and from the Metro, but the staff didn’t know anything about a shuttle.

Very cold welcome at the front. Sounded more like a police interview than a hotel front desk. There is NO ICE MACHINE. Hot water takes about 20 minutes to turn hot. Breakfast finishes at 9:30am and is not included. A lady came banging on my door at 9:15 am to ask me at what time I was planing to leave because she needs to clean my room asap. I’ll let you be the judge of this.

I made reservations for this hotel and when I checked into the room the television wasn't working. The guy at the front desk said there is no tech in the building to fix the tv. I asked to have my room changed and he said that the hotel is booked completely. I am now looking to find out how I will be refunded the money that was taken out of my account.

We had a great 2 night stay, room was clean, spacious and modern. Kat at check in was fabulous. Only thing that would have made our stay even better would be extra pillows in the room. We would definitely stay again in the future.

Beautiful room. Breakfast buffet was mediocre….not many options for hot food. Only pork sausage and bacon. No turkey bacon or sausage - or even vegan “meat” options. I wasn’t aware that I could order breakfast until the table behind me ordered fresh-made omelets.
