Crowne Plaza College Park - Washington DC by IHG

This is a really nice hotel. It’s just that when me and my husband arrived there was a fight that broke out between a few women on our floor. The woman sprayed pepper spray, which is a very inconvenience for everyone so my husband and I are room had to move, but on a nice side of that the manager was very accommodating. She’s very helpful. The police came immediately in a made these women leave the hotel room upon that time we were in a new room on the 12th floor. The room was very hot so you know it was half-and-half. It was a nice hotel, but the room was not very accommodating as far as the room temperature and the fight that broke out and the manager did promise that she would give us a free room that she wouldn’t charge us for a room for one for the days that we were there I still haven’t heard back yet. Hopefully, I’ll hear something back.

Shortages of towels And one day our room was not serviced or cleaned!! we had no clean towels we had to go to front desk for towels multiple days

The property was nice and clean, the rooms and beds were comfortable. Carpet was nice and soft. Customer service was good, I was checked in by Keisha, she was awesome, very helpful. It was 114° outside for most of our stay. The lobby was very well air conditioned, the rooms were as well but the last 2 days where the temperature dropped outside, temperature rised inside of the rooms and we couldn't get them back down so my last night of sleeping at the hotel was a bit uncomfortable. The deep freezer that they kept the ice in had broken so there was nowhere to get ice because they didnt have machines on any of the floors. Fridge wasn't that cold either. Overall instill enjoyed myself. I would stay again.

Such great staff at the front desk! They were super helpful about parking a day or so extra and very nice all around. The room was super clean and the food (appetizers) at the bar were very good.

Nice staff… ok food at hotel bar/restaurant …. the scenery surrounding hotel is gorgeous… Greenbelt station and mall down the street from hotel.

We really liked the breakfast staff, the food was excellent . The other staff were very nice as well, we would have liked having a microwave in our room.that was the only thing that was missing. Other than that our stay was good. It was clean

The front desk staff didn't tell us our room number, we had to ask, then there was a rude employee who stepped right in front of my family and I when we were trying to get on the elevator with all of our luggage/bags after waiting twice to get on, did not say excuse me, instead gave us dirty looks. The carpet in our room was so filthy, we kept our shoes on, I wouldn't even wear my slippers on that carpet! The only good part was the wait staff at breakfast seemed friendly. I would not recommend this hotel.

Clean and spacious room. Nice breakfast selection and friendly staff.

Hotel was ok, a lot of activity around the hotel that made it seem busier then what it was. Not sure if they had other events going on. Lobby was loud and had several people hanging out when we arrived about 10pm. Other than that it was ok. Plus was free use of washer and dryer.

Friendly and helpful staff! The room where my family stayed had a weird smell (18th floor) pillows are too puffy and uncomfortable, comforter filling are coming off, waking up with some tiny feather/cottons all over the bed.

Very nice facility. There was some broken equipment in the gym and the restaurant was late to open so we went somewhere else for dinner. Overall good experience.
