We checked in at 2AM and the wait was 20 minutes. I was nervous they gave away our room. The AC was blasting and we couldn't modify the temperature in our room and they had given all the extra blankets away. The third day our trash can wasn't emptied and our beds looked all wrinkled. It was put together but it was wrinkled and looked messy. The sheer drapes were ripped. It was just a bad experience. On top of all that they charged for parking and they have so much land in Maryland. Charging for parking in the middle of nowhere isn't great. I might as well stay closer to UMD at Holiday Inn. The breakfast was wonderful and that was our favorite part of the stay!

Security latch at top of door was ripped out, bathroom & coffee bar outlets did not work, room smelled musty, AC/Heat vent rattled, food was subpar, took front desk agent 20 minutes to figure out what room to put us in.

The parking with the new gates was an obstacle, tried 2 leave twice and was stuck behind cars who couldn’t work the system

It was a good place to stay, fairly clean and breakfast was good in the morning. Parking seems to be pricy for a place not in downtown, also can get stuck behind other cars trying to get out of the one exit.

I have never stayed at a hotel in the US that you have to pay for parking and you’re staying at the hotel this one was the first I would never stay here again. Staff was very unhelpful. Took me 20 minutes to get out the parking lot trying to figure out how to pay through Some app that they created never again
