Definitely recommend and will stay again
-
Everything was great.
-
The room was decent but difficult to get housekeeping to clean rooms and no ice in ice machine. The wifi kept going in and out. I had to go to front desk to get toilet tissue. The parking was free. Mr Brandon, staff was very nice and helpful.

The hotel is getting renovated, however, the staff was pleasant and the room was really clean and the best Holiday Inn that I’ve stayed at.

I had a reservation for five days the first night that I checked in. I took a shower. The next morning went to a baseball game came back late. Went straight to bed, thinking nothing of it Woke up early the next morning had to grab a train to New York went to take a shower to find out. they threw all my stuff away even my prescription medicine when I confronted the manager she acted as if it was my fault that they threw it away I mean if I’m there for five days why would you even throw anything in that room away? Give me a new towels make the bed then get out. No you threw my stuff away as if I was leaving and then wanted to offer to dig in the trash to retrieve it that is disgusting gave no help didn’t care what it was or what it cost. I do not recommend this hotel management is horrible. Staff is rude.

Mr. Brandon was professionally helpful.

The front desk staff were great , however I stayed 4 nights , my room was never cleaned and I never got new washcloths or towels. The room was just kind of dingy looking to me. The shower in the bathroom didn’t get hot it only got warm , I saw a bug in the room , there was a smart tv in the room but it wasn’t connected to the internet so i could only watch local cable . I probably will never stay here again.

DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE. THIS WAS THE NASTIEST MOST UNORGANIZED HOTEL I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE FIRST OF ALL IT’S IN THE CUT MAINLY EMPTY PARKING LOT NEXT TO DOCTOR OFFICES. IT’S REALLY HIDDEN LIKE YOU WOULDN’T EVEN KNOW WHERE IT WAS WHEN WE ARRIVED, I WAS ABOUT TO PAY FOR THE ROOM. I CHECKED IN AND GAVE HIM MY ID AND MY PAYMENT CARD. THE PAYMENT CARD THAT I HAD HE SAID THAT I COULDN’T USE IT, BUT HE WOULD LET ME USE IT THIS TIME JUST FOR FUTURE REFERENCES BECAUSE HE SHOWED ME A PLACARD THAT HAD ALL OF THESE CARDS THAT WERE NOT ABLE TO BE USED AND I WAS LIKE THIS IS MOST OF THE CARDS THAT ARE IN THE WORLD, BUT BESIDES THAT THE LOBBY WAS DIRTY, THE ELEVATOR WAS DIRTY. THE STAFF DOES NOT SPEAK ANY ENGLISH EXCEPT FOR THE SUPERVISOR OF THE HOUSEKEEPERS AND THE PEOPLE AT THE FRONT DESK. THE HALLWAY SMELLED LIKE BOOTY AND CIGARETTES. The room was disgusting just like how the lobby and everything else was up to that point I had blood on my pillowcases. The fridge smelled like it was a dead rat in there. The door to the bathroom was so close to the toilet seat, I peed with the door open the whole time mind you I had a guest with me. There are also bugs in the lamps stains on the chairs. The door to my room was not sealed all the way I could literally see the hallway light through my door.. everything about this place was just stank. every time we left, I did not wanna come back. That’s how bad the vibes of this hotel gave. Please do not waste your money here! Please

They were under renovation- internet was bad and at times non existent- across 4 days it was available only about half the time-no shade by the pool - coffee in the lobby was unavailable due to the filter needed to be changed- had to call the desk due to room next door being loud then at 2:30 am they started fighting loudly- room keys didn’t work most of the time and had to be redone- elevators and public spaces were hot and stuffy

Wasn’t a good experience
-
No hot water in the room
-
The hotel staff was very friendly. We stayed four nights house keeping cleaned our room and left new towels each day. Pool was cold but clean.
-
A live cockroach in the room. The room was in poor shape and smelled like cigarettes. Staff stated they would get us a renovated room, but relocated us to an equally gross room, but w/o roaches. Shower faucets leaked all night, and the tub did not drain. Every aspect of the hotel was beyond inadequate. Smelled like burnt weed every time you walked to the main entrance. Could not find another place to stay last minute, so had to grit our way through this debacle. Run, don't walk, away from this place!

Breakfast ok, not fantastic. Parking was great. Room good, cleaned but smelled funny,

By technicality, the hotel did its job. It was a place to stay and a bed to sleep in. The hotel is under renovation, but it is an absolute mess. We found hair clumps on the carpet in the lobby, an unfinished drink in the fridge in our room, another hair clump in our toilet and used toilet paper in the room. The property is not clean and staff were not overly helpful. We needed more towels, asked the front desk, they said they didn’t have any clean and would bring some to our room (they did not.) There were people smoking weed inside and outside the building. An unpleasant experience.

I understand that the building is going through a renovation but it could have been closed. The customer experience was very poor and does not guarantee a return visit to the hotel. I ended up not having breakfast because I had to pay for it separately. The exterior of the hotel was dark and unfriendly. The entire experience was very poor. Very dirty and unkept. Everything. Shut down the hotel during renovation or at least mention it on your website so customers do not get too disappointed when they visit. I did not like the experience at all. No tea provided, only coffee. Staff not friendly at all.
