Very good

I didn't have towels in my room and they never came to bring me any towels

The room was clean and comfortable; the little kitchen was great for making coffee and having a place to put items that needed refrigeration. Also having soap, shampoo in the bathroom that was not little bottes was great, because on the way I remembered I forgot my bag of stuff. TV was confusing to figure out. Nothing else comes to mind.

The front desk staff and lobby were so welcoming, plus they have free coffee all day! My room was wonderful, and the location is perfect since it’s right next to Martin Crosswinds. The area is super peaceful while still being close to all the stores for any errands. I was disappointed that there were insufficient towels and washcloths provided when I requested additional items. Furthermore, the kitchen area would benefit from a larger trash can, dish detergent, and paper towels. I also found the $15 per person price for breakfast to be quite high, though I understand that it can be included as part of the reservation.

I am 76 years old and have stayed in hundreds of hotel and this one the two worst. Filthy. I am trying to cancel my two night stay for 11th and 12th. If you look at my Booing.com history you'll notice I have booked dozens of nights w you. I hope you cancel my 2 nights w HOLIDAY INN.

A weird damp smell was there in both the rooms and the air conditioning wouldn't work. There were hair strands on the towels. There was some water on the floor as soon as we entered one of the rooms which could have led to a potential slip hazard.

The staff was very accommodating and Brandon shined above them all. From the time I stepped into the lobby Brandon gave me such a warm welcome as if we had known each other for years. Brandon made sure I was comfortable and wished me a wonderful stay.

No one came in to replace our towels or clean our bathroom,no one changed our sheets the whole time we were there

The property being renovated was in fair condition. Also security was poor to non-existent. My car was vandalized as a result. Also I injured my hand trying to repair it. No help from the hotel staff.

Once I was move to the new part of the hotel I was very impressed and happy ? The holiday Inn part I wasn’t impressed at all. They really need to get it together.
