Upon arrival l was notified of a $150 returnable damage fee.....it was 100 degrees and the pool was down....All in all it was a terrible experience and will never book again

Doors don’t work for side parking lot, ice machine 1st floor don’t work and my tv in the room did not work very dissatisfied

I chose this hotel for the indoor pool with itbeing so hot outside, it would’ve been a nice relief unfortunately the pool didn’t work the whole four days I was there. Also, the washing machine wasn’t working either housekeeping never asked once if I needed anything after being there four days. If I needed someone, I had to go to the front desk to get it.

The Pool was not available the only reason I booked.

Shower curtain had some mold on it. Also the pool was out of service so we couldn't use it. Front desk staff was great though!

No pool, no restaurant, no bar! Manager didn't care about anything.

Our experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The hotel is poorly maintained and appears to be falling apart. The biggest issue was that our bathroom toilet flooded, creating an unsanitary situation. When we reported it to the front desk, we were told there was “nothing they could do” because someone had stolen the only plunger two days earlier. That is completely unacceptable for any hotel. Instead of taking immediate action, we had to repeatedly call the front desk while my husband stood there in person trying to get someone to help us. After hours of complaining and waiting, we were finally moved to another room around 10:00 p.m. No guest should have to spend their evening dealing with a flooded bathroom just to receive basic customer service. To make matters worse, the manager was rude, dismissive, and more concerned about money than the comfort and satisfaction of guests. Rather than showing empathy or trying to resolve the situation, we were treated as though our concerns were an inconvenience. This experience was frustrating, stressful, and far below the standards I expect from a hotel. Between the poor condition of the property, the lack of basic maintenance, and the unprofessional management, I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

Although the room is a good size and the bed was comfortable the cleanliness was not great. Found lots of hair in the bathroom and shower, ice bucket and tray were very dusty, dirty towel on patio. Tried reaching the front desk multiple times by phone and going to the desk and no staff was present. Pool hours are terrible, open at 10 and close at 9. Hot tub jets are loud, no towels, again nobody answered at the desk, pool had lots of white floaties and hair. Lots of printed random signs all over that look unprofessional.

Good stay with clean rooms and kind staffs. Swimming pool can be maintained better with slippery floor and water quality.

Comfy bed!! Quiet.

from them, just not my cup of tea. Plus guests kept leaving their trash in the hallways, kids running around, guests next door loud at 4am, it was just alot. Plus the fridge is super small and no microwave. I gave it 3stars, but ive had better at the same rate. It was a holiday weekend so things were booked.

Reasonable pricing. Breakfast was very limited.

Loved it !My favorite part was the bed and pillows oh so comfy and comfortable.

I know someone who stayed here and she disputed having to pay the holding fee and they waived it. They didn't waive mine. Other than that and the manager who obviously thought I wasn't staying there who wasn't welcoming at all, it was a decent stay.

Other than that the only other bad thing, the showers are very loud when the water is running and there is no fan vent in the bathrooms

Clean property and room, quiet location, yet accessible to everything! I will definitely be a repeat customer :)
