Location and cleanliness Staff attitude. It wasn't what I expected even after staying in the facility for consecutive 5 days of the week astreach. My room was still sold out on a weekend and they claimed I didn't speak about extending to stay for that Saturday. This is not treated with emphaty at all. Owing to the fact that am a customer that have cumulative stayed for about 20 days within 3 months of discovering the hotel on my first stay. Thank you.

It is a very basic hotel without a lot of bells and whistles but my room was clean and quiet and all of the staff was helpful and pleasant. The entire place could use a little sprucing up….new carpet/flooring throughout, upgraded charging outlets in rooms and lobby, and some new paint would do wonders for the establishment. Overall, my stay was very pleasant.

The bed was great! Hot tub worked! Breakfast was crappy carbs from Costco. Pullout from couch was awful. Bathroom floor had hair / stuff in two corners. it was just swiffed over to the corner and not picked up. Only one mirror.

Clean, close to campus. Extra cost for early check in- only 1 1/2 hour early due to early morning flight. For the high cost of the room, a fee shouldn’t have been charged. Front desk wasn’t present or staffed well. Long wait to check in and long lines at check in. It was family weekend at the nearby, very large university. The hotel was busy but staff was not always available for help. Staff was not friendly overall. Probably wouldn’t stay or recommend ag. Prices of drinks, food in lobby very overpriced.

The pool and hot tub were lovely. The breakfast was essentially coffee and toast.

This was my first and last stay at a Sonesta property. There was mold in two places in the shower. There was a stain on the comforter on the bed. The matress was lumpy and caved in on the edge. I received an email hours before check-in that the restaurant was closed for lunch and dinner. Plus, the 1st and 2nd floor hallways smelled like marijuana smoke.

Exceptional

The room King Bed room was very comfortable and clean. Check in and check out with friendly staff was easy and swift. Continental breakfast was appreciated, but a few more selections are needed. The little coffee shop was inviting but did not appear to be staffed at any time during our stay. The common area with the fireplace was great and we enjoyed relaxing on the chairs by the fire. We liked the Sonesta and would stay again.

Nice quiet hotels, some rooms have balconies. I've machine on every floor. Indoor pool and jacuzzi. In house paid cooking. No microwave in rooms.

Great neighborhood!

I was on a trip to be with my dying mother. All hotels were booked up in the vicinity of where I needed to be due to the Black caucus going in Washington DC. The Sonesta select was the only one that had a room left the superior king suite and it showed to be promising apon looking at the site. When we arrived and went to the room. It was horrible. The bed was unlevel head going down hill, there was mold on the wall behind a chair. The furniture every piece was stained up. Went back to the front desk and went to look at another. It was better but due to the fact I was unable to find another hotel we took it. When we returned back to the room after seeing my mother we realized we needed to stay an extra night I tried to call the front desk to extend another day. I found the room phone didnt work. I called on my own phone and was told I needed to wake up and come down to the desk between 5am and 6am to reserve another night or go on the website and do it which i was told if I did it on line I would have to pay another $150. For a damage deposit I set a alarm and went to the desk to reserve the second night and found out the big made to orderbreakfast that was advertised was was not there only
