The bed was extremely uncomfortable and had a plastic protector that crinkled anytime you moved. The shower looked brown and gross. The room had a weird smell as well.

Only got one tiny bar of soap. Only got one tiny tube of lotion. The shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor. I think there was water under the floor. I stayed on the bottom floor, and someone was going in and out of the back door all night long, slamming the door so I could not sleep. The mattress had a plastic cover that barely fit. The cover sheet kept coming off the plastic covering the mattress. Two tiny pillows. Not good. I think people were living in the hotel. Price not bad, but you get what you pay for.

The staff member that checked us in gave us a room that was not clean. Leftover food in the fridge, dirty towels, stains on the floors and body hair all throughout the toilet seat. There was also a roach on the room door. This place is run down, but you can still be run down and clean. Reached out to management, still no response and my stay was over 2wks ago.

Staff friendly. Rooms need better cleaning.

The hotel smells like marijuana. I even could smell it inside my room.

Unfortunately, the stay was heavily affected by the sleeping conditions. The air conditioner was loud throughout the night, but the worst part was the cheap plastic mattress cover. It did not fit the bed properly, moved around and came loose while sleeping, and honestly felt like sleeping on a shower curtain. It made noise every time we moved and seriously limited our sleep. The common areas also needed more attention, with trash overflowing in places. There were people smoking cigarettes and marijuana outside near the designated smoking area, but that was mostly contained to that area. The room size, kitchenette, location, and free parking were all positives, but the uncomfortable bed setup, noisy AC, overflowing trash, and parking layout made the stay much less comfortable than it should have been.

The accommodations were great and the Staff was awesome (Nina helped me checked in quickly so I can get to my next appointment in DC.)

I was there with my wife and my dog and they charged me $200 for my pet and it's not refundable I don't recommend it

This is one raggedy place. The fully equipped kitchen had no pots, pans, or dishes. There was not hot water for showers, luke warm at best. The floors were as dirty and sticky as I ever encountered. My feet were black from walking on them and I had to wipe them off before getting into the bed so not to bring trash into the bed. I think the worse was, I had to extend my stay one day. A women, Nina, came by the room and informed me that I needed to go to the front desk and resign papers already signed. I went to the front had my keys keys rekeyed and Nina blocked the keys/room that was already paid for. I did not think things could get worse than what I was already dealing with but Nina proved me wrong. If you come across this hotel, pass it by.....save yourself.

The front desk lady was kind. I know she did not make these rules.

Extremely sorry hotel. Floors were not swept, linen had blood stains. Do not do it.

I did like the full size fridge and freezer but there needs to be a continental beeakfast! This cant he stated enough. What hotels dont offer a continental breakfast? All of them accept this one.The woman at the desk wouldnt check me in at 2:49. She left the desk and nobody was there anymore till 3:10. The man who checked me in was nicer than the woman was but i was in a hurry. The check in process takes about another 10 minutes so i didnt get to start headding up till 3:20. I dont think the 10 minutes it takes to check in once he did get to the counter was his fault. Its probably outdated computer software is what it seemed. The tv was still on in the room when i got there. The cleaning person must have spent more time watching tv than cleaning because there was a ton of hair in the shower. About 50 pieces of long hair all over the shower floor. There was 11 pieces stuck on the outside of the toilet. A little more than a dozen pieces of hair in the bed. Hair all over the floor. Besides the floor not being swept well the floor didnt have the appearence of being mopped either. I dont care about every little thing being perfect or about things being up to date looks wise. But being clean is the most important thing. I feelt like the floor would give me athletes foot. The desk lady and the cleaning person didnt take their jobs seriously. Why pay for service that isnt performed? I suggest you go elsewhere.

Great location. Decent room with kitchen. Plenty of parking. Good location near shopping center and public transportation. This is a no frills hotel. Rooms have a microwave and stove. Xookware will cost you, and extra pillows. There is laundry and a fitness center.

Lots of Cockroaches in the room , I spoke with the front desk but they said nothing can be done, that they will come the next day to resolve it. We were not given a new room in exchanged. I killed three coachroaches, I wish I could upload pictures and videos of the room. Terrible and bad experience.
