friendly staff nice room beds comfy. area wasnt bad but not really something the hotel can control right

Everything was good the staff, clean room, kitchen and parking no problems.

-everything else was great -was unaware we had to pay for utensils and cookware

Staff was excellent, room was clean, property secure and maintained, parking readily available. My only issue was the mattress. Although comfortable, I believe it was wrapped in some thick plastic/vinyl which made for some very noisy and sweaty nights.

Room is so sticky and hallways are so much smelly.

Nothing The smell of smoke and alcoholic was very strong in the hotel.I could not stay there with my family. The staff refused to refund me. I would rather sleep in my car than stay in this hotel.

I paid for 2 nights checked in at 5 pm and was out by mid night.. sadly they couldn't refund me for the one day.. facility looks great from outside.. but rooms are no good.

Love it

The system was down so they were unable to check me in late at night. They could see m'y réservation but turned me away and said the number I provided online was 111+111+1111 and they couldn't get in touch with me. After my long all day drive I had to scurry and find another place late at night and pay double what this place was due to the time of night and being exhausted and tired with my family and pet. They simply said, "We are not renting rooms out to anyone tonight".
