Room was average but clean staff was very nice. Large pool

Good hotel, location within 10-15min to Downtown and plenty of parking. Staff was very friendly and check-in/check-out was a breeze. Only dislike was room 250, the walls in the bathroom should be cleaned from the stains. Otherwise good hotel.

The manager on duty was amazing, great customer service and clean property with wonderful amenities!! Will be returning for sure!!

First of all couldn't connect fire stick to internet. Told staff said maintenance would come never did. Breakfast was decent way overpriced. Unfortunately friend found big flying cockroach in blinds. Palmetto bug it's called. Didn't inform desk way tell them didn't do anything about internet.

Clean room

The room was dirty and the staff weren’t helpful. Breakfast was not included, we were given vouchers due to a misunderstanding with check in and they were supposed to be for both days they maxed us out and the whole family didn’t even get food. There were bugs on property. We had called ahead of time to let them know we’d be late and they said that was fine when we got there the lady at the desk refused to let us che k in because we were late and had us call Expedia who also didn’t do anything. We were told we’d have to pay again for a room to stay in. Overall the experience was horrible and dirty and someone should do something about it. The property needs to be maintained.

Hmmm. So I had a very specific issue happen with cleanliness and it was the absolutely only cleanliness issue that happened. I'll spare sharing it because I really hope that it's a once in a lifetime issue. My stay was okay besides that. No flares or anything specific but decent hotel in a quiet location.

Breakfast buffet is the same daily but no bread was so ever. Other than that it was ok

No breakfast buffet, randomly switched to ordering. $15 for a plate of eggs, $7 for a domestic bottle of beer, $4.75 for a keurig coffee. Pool is closed. Rooms weren’t clean. Don’t do it!

The pool was broken the whole time. The “restaurant” had one waitress who sat on her phone while tons of people waited. The very expensive breakfast buffet was not even as nice as a free breakfast at a Holiday Inn. The front desk staff all seemed new and not to know what was going on. And the rooms hadn’t been vacuumed. There were stickers and decorations stuck on the wall from the last stay too. This hotel was gross. Online it looked nice. It’s not. Pick somewhere away from the airport.

They stay was great, I would recommend & refer

1) I was not provided the room that I requested. 2) The shower gel/soap was empty, which I discovered while I was in the shower. 3) The bathroom wall was not clean

The walls are so thin people next door are having conversations and you can hear everything they say as if there in your room

Rooms very clean and updated. Bathrooms nice. Staff very nice and attentive. Only thing is I wish they provided complimentary coffee in lobby vs a charge for machine espresso. Lobby coffee from a commercial brewer is better than room coffee.

Staff was nice but hotel was not kept up. Thin walls and overall did not feel safe.
