DoubleTree by Hilton Greensboro Airport

When we walked in to check in, the front desk workers had “They Not Like Us” playing over the entire lobby’s loud speaker. The worker who checked us in was clearly over her job that day OR she was just intentionally belittling, i asked about the airport shuttle and she interrupted me to make me aware no one would be there to help and i was quickly dismissed. When we went to our room it was okay but very far from every elevator which proved to be difficult since all the luggage racks had been claimed and not returned. Then we got to the shower and found blood on our rag. Will it stay again. I was highly disappointed in this property since it was our first time at a doubletree and the pictures were beautiful.

Our room was quiet and comfortable, and the breakfast had a wonderful variety of food.

cleaning crew only seems to come every other day at the maximum and that's after I flagged to front desk.

The breakfast was extra and it was not worth the $14.95/pp price. The hotel was very dated and old needs a remodel.

The lady who checked us in at the front desk was exceptionally kind, she made the check-in process super easy and I had no idea that they gave out fresh baked cookies! The room was amazing and it’s the best sleep I’ve gotten at a hotel. If I ever come back to NC, this will be the place I choose to stay.

Room was very nice. Staff at front desk was kind of slow, often only just one person there at a time and lines would back up. Area lacking in options for food.

My family and I, a group of 8 had a Wonderful time staying here and I must say "we all were overall very pleased" - possibly in the future the menu choices could just use some updating (more options for those whom don't eat pork). I thank the entire professional pleasant staff for making our stay a Great experience!!

Breakfast was delayed, not enough of staff.

While the front desk staff were very nice and the lobby was also nice, the dark hallways and cleanliness of our room left much to be desired. If a room has been cleaned, I don’t expect to see someone else’s hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor. We also had to deal with bugs on two occasions during our one night stay, one in the bathroom one on the lamp shade. I understand the need for house keeping to turn over rooms fast. Perhaps the hotel needs to hire more assistance so things can be done thoroughly.

Hotel is clean and the staff are wonderful. The bathrooms are small and don't have a lot of counter space, the makeup mirror in our room was broken and there were a lot of marks on the walls. Also the bar and restaurant were never open when we were there.
