Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Greensboro Airport Area by IHG

Everything. The front desk lady during check in was great

Exceptional

Clean room, nice breakfast, friendly staff.

Very good

Clean rooms

Area of the property is very good quite area so many restaurants are within walking distance

Clean rooms, friendly staff, flexibility in our requests.

The breakfast spread was great and the rooms were a comfortable size for four!

Everything was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. My only complaint is regarding the soap in the room. They use Dove brand liquid soap which is super scented. I'm sensitive to smells so I didn't really like that. Just a good lesson to remind me not to forget my own soap.

Staff is always wonderful to deal with.

Location and cleanliness

Mae Mae (SP?) in the Breakfast area what a worker. Kids throwing food spilling and she mopped and supplied and did her job. Staff was all accommodating and friendly. Very Pleased ???

Clean room. Slightly dated property.

Very helpful staff. Clean and convenient

Very convenient location right off I 40. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Super clean facility from the parking lot on. Was greeted warmly by every staff I encountered including two in the parking lot who were just arriving for work. Good breakfast and and I like that the coffee machine , which brews every cup fresh , is available 24/7 as I am an early riser and like my coffee @ 5 am. Room very clean and spacious I had no complaints

I had no complaints

Great overall stay. We would stay here again.

I specifically checked 2ith the property before booking to ensure the pool was open since some others were not. Before i check3d in I asked the front desk was the pool open again was tood yes. This was Friday it rained. Saturday the kiddos and i geared upbto go to the pool. Was locked, no signs no nothing. Front desk said its closed because of chemicals or something.... I expressed the reason I booked the hotel. End of summer getaway with the kdis before school started. Was tod to coht at the gm. I could have absolutely found another location with an operable pool and for less money. Closer to town since we had to find something else to do Sorely disappointed. Bathtub and towels also were not clean but I bring my own stuff so didn't expect much

Exceptional
