Staff was very nice. But the room smelled horrible. When turning on the heater if was horrible urine smell. Nobody informed us that shuttle stopped for this hotel at 10pm. Our plane arrived at 11:59pm.

Loved it except the pull outs sofa bed, that was absolutely brutal to sleep on!

Staff was very friendly and helpful! The lift for handicapped guests to get in the pool was not working. My daughter has MS and is in a power chair; the lift would have been helpful in getting her in the pool.

I loved everything. The room smelled fresh and clean which is very important to me. Especially a pet friendly hotel. Very comfortable, open layout. Bed was comfortable. Couch was comfortable. 2 Tvs. No complaints at all. Breakfast was good. Nothing that I did not like.
