Hilton Garden Inn Greensboro Airport

Hands down the staff!! The morning crew at the restaurant/ bar. Those ladies were fantastic! We enjoyed them and they were so kind to my grandchildren.

This was our second stay, we are HPU parents. The hotel is clean, friendly staff, easily accessible, and close enough to the school.

Always stay here when I drop my daughter at HPU. Staff is sweet and accommodating.

Did not stay. Plans changed and could not cancel reservation so lost my money.

Clean and quality for the price

1. The staff at the desk upon arrival was not pleasant however when I saw her the next day her overall demeanor was much better. 2. Requested towels second day not received, husband had to go out and locate housekeeping to get them. 3. Elevators not clean and wet floor sign left inside. 4. Gave a deposit upon arrival and was supposed to receive a credit upon checkout. It is now 2 weeks later and no credit. Called and hotel staff instructed me to call my bank as there is nothing they can do in their end. 5. Bathrooms need fans, room becomes steamy and if using bathroom/shower anyone in the room can hear everything. On a good note, the woman I dealt with at the “bar” the night I arrived (ordered food) was wonderful/professional and the food was good.

Asked for room to be cleaned, they never came. We were there 3 nights. Pillows and bed very uncomfortable. Loud people yelling and carrying on in the hallway late at night. Do not recommend.

Cleanliness. Food service. My wife and I ordered breakfast at the same time, and ordered the same thing, and mine was ready about 20 minutes after hers. Also, it appears mine was a couple of dollars higher than hers.
