Nice overnight stay experience. But no bathtub, just a shower stall.

Customer service was non existent. Staff was confused and unhelpful. General manager was rude. Rooms were unkempt and bleak with the 12 foot ceilings on the first floor. Stayed in "pet" room asked to see other rooms they were just as dusty and dark. Elevator floor dirty. Checked out early.

Perfect for a one night stay. Late night staff was super accommodating for check-in, even at 2 AM. Beds were comfortable, and everything was clean. Breakfast was ok, but at least we had something to eat before hitting the road. Would stay again!

The most quiet room! Clean, comfortable and a great location with easy access to I 40 or 421. Breakfast was wonderful and I was pleasantly surprised by the bold coffee- it was a great cup of coffee!

This was a one night stay for me. The property is clean and the rooms are nice for the price. My only complaint would be that there is only one elevator, and it was a bit noisy. I believe there may have been a group staying for an event.

I asked for a pet free room but was doors away from several pets. We have allergies and I was under the impression that I would be staying on a pet free floor. Other than that it was a great stay. Some of the room furniture was scratched and worn but overall quiet environment, super front desk clerks, breakfast buffet staff was very helpful and the breakfast was great; waffles, bagels, cereals, eggs, biscuits, gravy. No juice. Pretty nice stay.

I was in the parking lot booking this room. I walked in and staff were friendly, my room was ready and it was clean. She was even accommodating to my mom who uses a cane and offered us a handicap room on the first floor. Highly recommend!
