WoodSpring Suites Greensboro - High Point North

The room wasn’t very clean the hallway smelling, especially the floors extremely dirty. The service was awful my first impression as soon as I walked up I rang the bell. Heard a young lady speaking loudly on a phone call a personal phone call failed to acknowledge me. I rang it two more times and she finally acknowledge that I was there however she said give me a second rudely. The air conditioner was leaking water on the floor, however it worked great. I also asked for a late check out. I let the gentleman in the front now. Someone called my cell phone at 9:15am to ask if I was checking out today Monday morning. After I asked for a late check out. although I did check out at exactly 11 o’clock. he ended up waking me up Los Angeles time so I was exhausted. I didn’t appreciate the disruption. Overall, I would rate this stay at 3/5. I don’t plan to book here again and will never recommend.

No frills, basic room with no service. Staff was great.

staff has been good and helpful some of the guest are very loud with music no consideration for other guests. guest smoking weed and can smell it in hallways, and i seen a few roaches but all in all i believe as a company they can do better about the things I’m concerned with, this place is better than other extended stays hotels….

Sketchy hotel with lots of transient people walking around, a terrible smell and generally speaking, a very shady vibe. We did not feel comfortable staying here with kids. I do not recommend.

When we got to the Hotel our reservation was canceled. I had reserved this room a month in a half in advance. We never received a cancellation email or a phone call. We came into town for Adidas Track Nationals and there wasn't a room within 68 miles of the event. I will never stay here or reserve a room at any of their motels.

Great hotel

The young guy working at the desk was awesome but he was basically the o ku person working 24 hours a day poor kid but he was doing his best . The property is very warm down badly in need of more staff and updates . One person cannot be the only one carrying the property. But he sure had a good attitude and that says a lot !
