WoodSpring Suites Greensboro - High Point North

Very poor

Clean room

Very good

It was ok for the price

The front desk door was closed when I arrive, another guest showed me the phone at the front door to reach an employee. The other thing was she said my room number out loud while two men where nearThat is never safe especially if traveling alone .I booked room on Expedia and paid the fee,but was told the room was a higher rate that I needed to pay.

Do not stay here

Dont stay here

No one cared what was happening. the water went across the room under the bed and was all over the side I was sleeping on, Unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The room wasn’t very clean the hallway smelling, especially the floors extremely dirty. The service was awful my first impression as soon as I walked up I rang the bell. Heard a young lady speaking loudly on a phone call a personal phone call failed to acknowledge me. I rang it two more times and she finally acknowledge that I was there however she said give me a second rudely. The air conditioner was leaking water on the floor, however it worked great. I also asked for a late check out. I let the gentleman in the front now. Someone called my cell phone at 9:15am to ask if I was checking out today Monday morning. After I asked for a late check out. although I did check out at exactly 11 o’clock. he ended up waking me up Los Angeles time so I was exhausted. I didn’t appreciate the disruption. Overall, I would rate this stay at 3/5. I don’t plan to book here again and will never recommend.

No frills, basic room with no service. Staff was great.

staff has been good and helpful some of the guest are very loud with music no consideration for other guests. guest smoking weed and can smell it in hallways, and i seen a few roaches but all in all i believe as a company they can do better about the things I’m concerned with, this place is better than other extended stays hotels….

Sketchy hotel with lots of transient people walking around, a terrible smell and generally speaking, a very shady vibe. We did not feel comfortable staying here with kids. I do not recommend.

Very friendly staff and room was spotless
