WoodSpring Suites Greensboro - High Point North

Need assistance for after hour checking in.

I’d stay again and have since I been traveling to North Carolina for work

When we got to the Hotel our reservation was canceled. I had reserved this room a month in a half in advance. We never received a cancellation email or a phone call. We came into town for Adidas Track Nationals and there wasn't a room within 68 miles of the event. I will never stay here or reserve a room at any of their motels.

Great hotel

The young guy working at the desk was awesome but he was basically the o ku person working 24 hours a day poor kid but he was doing his best . The property is very warm down badly in need of more staff and updates . One person cannot be the only one carrying the property. But he sure had a good attitude and that says a lot !

The AC worked very well as did the hot water

staff was great the place was clean. the guest were noisy slamming doors, guest upstairs were pounding the floors which would be my ceiling people in the parking lot hanging out talking loud outside my window . people smoking weed….

Rooms modern and rommy There is no staffing in the hours that I may be locked out of my room

Nothing Staff at the desk (Adrian) was very nasty and rude. The type of room I booked wasn’t available for me and he was not trying to be accommodating. I asked for a supervisor and he said they won’t answer him so he’s not going to reach out. Suggested I go find another hotel in the area after my already five hour drive to get there.

Dog piss everywhere and I had to pay twice and didn’t get a refund

They had a sign that said that you had to check in before 8pm. I just paid for my room around that time. This wasn’t on their website, it was printed on their front desk with the shutters down. Then there’s directions to go to a phone to dial 500. When calling in the phone you could hear someone answer and hang up over and over. There were senior women there as well. The guy eventually got to the lobby and took care of us. He was about to neglect us totally. The environment was terrible. The room was terrible, with limited amenities. Just a bar soap and a small squirt for shampoo. 0/10

Nice Every thing

The room was dirty , curtains had black spots all of it . The bed only had 2 pillows , 1 on each side . The room seems rushed .
