The check-in was smooth, room was clean and comfortable. I woke up at 5:30 am to take a shower and there was no hot water. Not sure if its too early or what but I had to shower in cold water.

Finally, a hotel where the experience aligns with the reviews. Great find at a great price and great location just off of I-40. Friendly staff, clean, spacious room. I will be back when I return to the area.

Most aspects of the hotel and room were excellent. The bed was very comfortable, the staff was attentive, the room smelled fresh, and the air conditioning was already on when we arrived—all details that contributed to a pleasant stay. Unfortunately, we had no hot water, which was a significant issue and greatly affected the overall experience.

Room was very clean and all included amenities were in good working condition. Was very quiet in my room even though there were a lot of rooms occupied. Very nice breakfast bar and coffee. All the staff were friendly and helpful from front desk to cleaning staff and breakfast attendants. No complaints

Excellent room! The trundle bed was perfect for the kids. The bed was so comfortable! Would highly recommend!

facility is new and seems well maintained I expect the room to be cleaned every day even we don't need towel change every day. However our room was only cleaned every other day, which is fine but not ideal. Breakfast can be better.

The hotel and staff was great. Check was timely. The room was clean and beds comfortable. The outside seating is in need of attention. Otherwise everything was great.
