Hotel Denim

Hotel Denim - excellent staff and clean, comfortable room. My one wish - to have an actual coffee maker in the room instead of the espresso maker - or at the very least - a unit that does both.

The property was very clean and well.kept. The check in process was easy. The breakfast was lacking choices and the staff The morning I left they were very rude to guest and speaking poorly about their management. I would stay here again with the hope that I don't see the morning staff that was there again

Had a great stay hotel is iwell maintained staff friendly and helpful iideally situated with many amenities close by.

Clean, quiet, well kept hotel near restaurants and convenient to I 73. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially Jean, who worked at the front desk. Would stay there if in the area again.

One of the best hotels in Greensboro, NC that is reasonably priced. All of the staff were really nice. I already have another stay booked.

The property was very much like a Tru hotel...colorful, newish, small rooms. This was my first stay at Hotel Denim and it did not go well right out of the gates. I checked into my room and wanted to log onto my computer to work a little but the rooms don't have desks or anything resembling a desk chair. The front desk loaned me a casual chair which was an okay workaround. As I was getting ready for bed, I peeled back the sheets and found pure filth. Someone who didn't bathe often had obviously slept in the bed and housekeeping had not changed the sheets. The front desk manager brought up clean sheets and made the bed...completely gross. This is a no frills hotel with a bare minimum breakfast offering. On a positive note, the staff was helpful and professional and the location was convenient.

We had a great day at the denim hotel. Everything was really thoughtfully put together. The staff especially the night manager. Jonathan was amazing! We will definitely stay here again.

Arrived at 3:30PM for check-in and room still being cleaned. I booked a deluxe room and requested a top floor and was told there were still being cleaned, FCFS. NO OFFER MADE ASKING ME IF I WANTED TO WAIT after I drove 8 hours. Booked into a 2nd floor room which not ideal. Lots of noise late night in hallways. I had to be up early for meetings for the next 3 days. In addition, rooms need a thorough cleaning. Nightstands dusty and bathroom shower walls was filled with hair. Water pressure in shower was very low(trickling). Due to this I checked out after second night. Upon checkout, I requested a receipt and confirmation of early checkout. Told by front desk third party will send receipt. 4 days later no receipt. Called hotel twice, no answer! Called third party to escalate matter. Was told by third party hotel has to complete checkout which they never did. Called hotel a third time and spoke with manager to explain situation. Manager initially tried to tell me I was not eligible for refund of third night which was incorrect. I explained the booking details and upon checking again was told I was correct and would receive a refund in 10 business days. Miraculously, within one hour third party issued refund. Property location is good however management needs to step up to improve staffing to ensure a better guest experience starting with housekeeping. Expecting 2 people to clean rooms for entire building within 4 hours is ridiculous.

Friendly staff. Clean.. Mattress and bedding very comfortable. Espresso maker in room nice touch.

Exceptional

The hotel was super super clean and everything. The only thing was the bedsheets had multiple mysterious stains on them “brown”… which was surprising. We kept finding a bunch of spots and stains so make sure to check your sheets and comforter!

It was great.
