Best smelling hotel I have even been in! Clean and comfortable. Room and bed were so comfortable. Great of space, plenty of plug-ins for all our electronics. Amazing staff and amenities. Very good location. Very easy parking. We loved it so much and can not wait to visit again!

Our room seemed dark and we were put by the fitness room where we could hear people workout. The bathroom floor and shower needed a better clean. Staff seemed happy.

This property looks like it was a rundown Howard Johnson that someone then did a DIY renovation. It was not maintained at all. The sheets were scratchy. The fitness center was a cave with a few dumbbells and a stationary bike. The only positive was the towels which were lovely. Pictures of sock and M&M were found upon checking checking into room…they are not mine.

Besides the beautiful rooms and cleanliness, the customer service was impeccable. Heather especially was so kind, generous, and fun. Her work ethic is very admirable and she really made my experience even better. Jonathan was also very courteous and helpful with my check-in process. Excellent employees and wonderful experience overall!

This is a go to location for me when passing through Greensboro and it never disappoints. You also get 2 free drink tokens when you check in! Very clean place.
