Cozy rooms and nice staff. Not a fan of the boiled coffee in room. It doesn't taste as good as brewed coffee or even Keurig coffee.

From start to finish, I had the most amazing stay at this hotel! The restaurant is delicious and the service in both the restaurant and the hotel is top-notch. The pool and amenities are very delightful and there are free bicycles for loan to ride around on the Greenway nearby. Cannot wait to come back.

If you are coming to Greensboro, NC, stay here! Make sure you make a reservation for the restaurant, Printworks. Get the beignets! The hotel is super nice and clean. Great staff. Whoever is in charge of maintenance and their crew, should receive a raise. Front desk staff should too. Great hotel and restaurant. Go and relax. Greensboro is a great.

We love the restaurant in the hotel. The menu options were plentiful and the staff was friendly and professional. The space itself has a very pleasant atmosphere. All in all, it was a lovely dining experience. Can't think of anything to complain about!

The location and the amenities. Loved the room service. Staff doubled charged me for the stay. After I explained the charges they refunded the money it wasn’t immediately released.
