This property needs a lot of work. You can tell the housekeeping tries (sheets were clean, fresh towels) but the place is a dump. Our ceiling was full of water marked lines. The tub was sketchy at best (we chose to shower at our next destination). The hallways smelled like perfume covering up smoke smell. We didn't even bother to look at breakfast. This place desperately needs a refesh then a decent team to keep it maintained.

Price Receptionist ignored us upon arrival while on a personal call. TV remote didn't work even after changing the batteries. No wash cloths were left for day 2. The room was constantly damp. It made our clothes and everything else damp. It was gross.

My room frig was not working after notifying the staff I was moved to a different room and advised "I" can move the frig from the old room to the new room only to get in there and the bathroom is not working.

I checked in on Thursday the 3rd at 330pm, the power was out til 930pm. Not the hotels fault but nothing for light in the room. It was very dark and not knowing our way around.

Overall it was ok we just had flooded toilet the water drains slow in the sink and tub.

They had a power outage from 3pm- 10pm no AC no Lights no electricity no power no staff. No compensation or late checkout. They offered nothing really The fire alarm ring for 20min until the firefighters came.
