Comfort Inn Greensboro - Kernersville

We arrived really late and did not stay for breakfast, unfortunately.

The property is conveniently located with ample parking. The room was clean and the check-in staff was friendly. They offer free breakfast, which was great and got us off to a great start to our day.

Breakfast is good and location is close to all the restaurants and stores, walking distance.

There should be some type of emergency Pole chain string for your handicap rooms! Also no vent in the bathroom

Went to a concert and needed a place to lay my head. Place was clean. Breakfast had a nice selection for a quick start. Terry was very friendly at the desk. Would definitely stay again.

I think the staff. The location to everything was great. The beds were extremely hard. There was bugs in the bathroom.

Clean rooms. Had fun in the pool!

We have stayed here a number of times over the years. The property is showing its age and repairs and updates are needed. Otherwise the room was clean and AC was cold! The area is nice and security seemed good.

Small beds and no hot water

It was a lovely stay and I fully enjoyed my time I plan on visiting again on my next trip

Room was clean with a nice cool temperature upon arrival as it was quite warm outside. Staff was welcoming, but rather overwhelmed as we learned not only were National outdoor tack participants (our reason for traveling), but soccer tournament, world ninja warrior competition, basketball tournaments and a conference of some type had them booked to capacity so the staff was stressed about the constant check-in and turn over of guests. Breakfast was very mediocre as there was not a water option to drink as the spa water was out each time we tried to have some (lemon flavored) no just cold water, the orange juice was very dark that was not of normal color or taste, lady was refilling the egg station with the bag straight from the microwave which is never appealing to see personally. But room cleanliness, and comfort wasnice

We checked in and through no fault of anyone the room smelled like smoke no matter what we did to clean it the smell didn’t go away, the shower was chipped painting and curtain rod in the BR was hanging on by a thread. Very disappointed with our stay sadly

Great place to stay

Proximity to events, convenience to interstate.

Thr room was clean but a little rust in the bathroom but other than that it was a nice stay.

I stayed in king suite this time and the room was great. The bed was comfortable and the food was really good. An added plus because we didn't have to pay extra to eat on an already tight budget.

Great staff and super clean hotels

I had a confirmation number but the hotel did not have my reservation. After a delay, they gave me the booked room anyway at booked price.
